The Development Of Huaxi Village Education And Its Enlightenment

In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the party clearly put forward the strategy of Rural Revitalization.The proposal of Rural Revitalization Strategy not only makes the overall layout for China’s rural construction,but also points out a new direction for the current development of rural education.To meet the needs of the times and based on Huaxi,in order to ensure the steady development of rural education and achieve breakthrough results,we should strive to wade out a road of rural education with Chinese characteristics,give full play to the "highland effect" and "feedback effect" of rural education,and promote the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy.We should not only have the courage to break through the practical problems of rural education,but also be good at seeking solutions from the development of rural education Experience.Huaxi village is the world-famous "No.1 village in the world" and a vivid miniature of the great achievements in the construction of new socialist countryside since the reform and opening up.The birth of "Huaxi miracle" cannot be separated from Huaxi Village’s emphasis on education.Summing up the development experience of Huaxi village education can bring a lot of beneficial enlightenment for the development of rural education in the new era.This study is a case study of the development of rural education.It selects the excellent representative of China’s new socialist countryside-Huaxi Village in Jiangyin City as the research object.Through in-depth field investigation and comprehensive use of literature analysis,interview and action research methods,it constructs a real education development process in the rural society of economically developed areas.On the basis of "looking at" the features of Huaxi and "remembering" the development of Huaxi,the study investigates the education of Huaxi combined with "Wu Renbao spirit".Based on the analysis of Huaxi Village’s situation,development situation and education status,this paper reviews the development process,analyzes the characteristics and points out the problems of cadre education,villager education,staff education and school education in Huaxi Village,explores the interactive relationship between Huaxi Village’s education development and local economy,society and culture,and pays special attention to Wu Renbao,an important figure in the development of Huaxi village And the influence of "Wu Renbao spirit" on Huaxi education.On this basis,the study draws on the development experience of various educational components of Huaxi Village,and explains the Enlightenment of cadre education,villagers’ education,staff education and school education development to contemporary rural education,so as to provide Huaxi samples for the education of the vast rural areas in China.This study takes Huaxi Village as a sample and combines the "Wu Renbao spirit" to explore the practice of China’s rural education in Huaxi.This education is characterized by its localization and grass-roots characteristics,advanced,forward-looking and exemplary.It is the integration of local education,traditional education and modern education.The research shows that in the process of the formation,development and evolution of rural education,it is not only affected by external factors such as politics,economy and culture,but also by its endogenous power,that is,the key leading role of rural capable people.The specific performance is as follows: the character and wisdom of rural capable people is an important condition of rural education,which plays an indispensable role in promoting the development of rural education;Chinese traditional culture is still of great significance to contemporary rural education,which is the lubricant to promote the harmonious development of rural society,and also the precious wealth to shape and cultivate people;the education of socialist core values is the contemporary rural education The root of rural education,which is represented by the mainstream value system,plays an important role in enriching rural education;the development of rural economy and society is the inexhaustible driving force to ensure the prosperity of rural education;at the same time,rural education will react on the development of rural economy and society,and inject continuous vitality into the sustainable development of rural areas.Both internal and external factors intersect and integrate with each other to promote the continuous development and improvement of rural education.
