Situation Analysis Of Rural-urban For The Family Migration Of Migrant Workers In Underdeveloped Areas Of Central China

Family is the cornerstone of society,and the stability and happiness of peasant families play an important role in the development of urbanization.In the past 40 years of reform and opening up,the regional development differences have gradually widened,and a large number of rural people in the less developed areas of the central region have gone out to work,but the process of family migration of migrant workers is slow,and the family members are in a discrete state.Family migration of migrant workers is a complex and multi-level comprehensive problem.Through in-depth interviews with migrant workers’ families in L villages and interviews with village leaders and secretaries,this paper has a detailed understanding of the situation of rural social and economic development,the characteristics of migrant workers’ groups and the situation of non-family migration,semi-family migration and "complete" family migration.By using system analysis and development framework theory,the living space of migrant workers and their families is divided into rural action situation and urban action situation.In the context of rural action,migrant workers and their families show two patterns : " flow " and " stay ".On the one hand,the gap between urban and rural areas is large and they have to be transferred from agriculture under economic pressure.On the other hand,the family structure of farmers is alienated,family members are separated and left behind is serious.In the context of rural urban action,the choice and survival of migrant workers mainly influence the family migration through different application rules.It is found that the family migration of migrant workers faces the limitation of boundary and identity,the property right of dual labor market is incomplete,the consideration of education,housing and land under transaction cost,and the distribution of different social space between men and women under gender differentiation.Finally,this study carries on the policy research to promote the family migration of migrant workers,puts forward the perfect family friendly migration policy,pays attention to improving the social welfare of the migrants,establishes the pluralistic cooperative governance system and so on.Constantly looking for way to promote the family migration of migrant workers,so that all kinds of migrant workers families who eventually migrate to the city,return to the county or return to their hometown can get good development.
