| Art education in the stage of compulsory education is an important component of basic education system, arts education can provide other disciplines can not provide educational value. In recent years, art education in the status and value of quality education has been recognized by more and more people, and develop basic art education vigorously become an inevitable trend of social development and the needs of the times.Purpose of this study by art education in the stage of compulsory education by the actual conduct in-depth investigation in the less developed regions of central -southern Henan Province, and systematic analysis the factors which have affected the development of art education in the stage of compulsory education in the region, and proposed several proposals to promote the healthy and harmonious development of art education of in the stage of compulsory education in the area. Full-text is divided into five parts: Introduction to the subject of this study described the reasons given, the object of study and research content and approach adopted in this paper; Second part of this study choose the secondary and primary schools teachers and students of the compulsory education in the less developed regions of central-southern Henan Province as the main subject of this survey, and taken in the form of questionnaires and informal discussion to investigate the development of art education in all aspects of compulsory education in the region, by analyzing the results of survey we found that the status of the development of art education in the stage of compulsory education in the region is not optimistic, the level of compulsory education development overall area lags behind between urban and rural areas and uneven development between the schools; The third part analyzed the factors that impacted healthy and coordinately development of art education compulsory of the less developed regions in central and southern Henan Province. Inadequate investment in education, behind education management philosophy of the manager, the inherent poor quality of art teachers, art teaching materials isn't adapted to local conditions, lack of art courses resources, art teacher in-service training with a mere formality, College Arts education isn't adapted to basic education, and so on; Fourth part for the present stage of the art education development status of compulsory education in underdeveloped regions of the central and southern Henan Province as well as the reasons restricting for its healthy and coordinated development and expounded the author's strategic thinking in practice and some of the recommendations to promote art education on a healthy and harmonious development compulsory education in underdeveloped areas in central and southern Henan Province; In Part V of this article, the study of this topic have been summarized, I believe that to change art education in the quo status and to promote their healthy and harmonious development of the underdeveloped areas in central and southern Henan Province is a "systems engineering", it needs all sectors of society cooperation and support, we need a foundation for every art educators, researchers and each who are interest in less-developed areas were the basis of the development of practical art education efforts. |
