At present,our country pays great attention to the problem of population aging,and in response to this problem,it has formed a strategic goal to achieve healthy aging.Physical exercise,as one of the main ways for middle-aged and old women in my country to improve their physical fitness,can play a role in reducing fat and shaping,preventing and curing diseases,and improving the body’s working ability,and is beneficial to improving and improving the physical health of middle-aged and old women.As an emerging sports item,water aerobics uses the characteristics of water to relieve the injuries of middle-aged and old women during exercise.It has a high promotion value,but it has not been widely popularized in my country at this stage.This study conducted a four-month water aerobics teaching experiment for the experimental group,designed and controlled the experimental content,recorded and sorted the experimental data,analyzed the impact of water aerobics on the health indicators of middle-aged and old women,and explored Effective means to promote the healthy development of the physical fitness of middle-aged and old women,promote the extensive development and promotion of water aerobics,provide reference and reference for the improvement of the teaching content of water aerobics and the improvement of coaches’ teaching methods,emphasizing on ensuring that during the teaching experiment process The safety of old women.This article adopts research methods such as literature data method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method,logical analysis method,etc.,and uses SPSS related software to conduct independent sample t-test on selected physical health related indicators to analyze the changes produced by the indicators.Circumstances and reasons,in order to explore the impact of water aerobics on the physical health of middle-aged and old women,the main research conclusions are as follows:1.With the increase of age,middle-aged and old women are not suitable for some large-scale jumping movements during exercise,and water aerobics can slow down the endurance of exercise on the human body through the resistance and buoyancy of water,attracting more middle-aged and old people Women participate in this sport.2.After the water aerobics teaching experiment,middle-aged and old women have obvious changes in their body shape,with improvements in body weight,waist circumference,arm circumference,hip circumference,and thigh circumference,indicating that water aerobics has a certain effect on reducing fat and shaping.It is an effective means for middle-aged and old women to exercise.3.In the experimental group,blood pressure,resting heart rate and vital capacity showed a significant improvement trend,indicating that water aerobics played a good role in promoting the development of related indexes of body function in middle-aged and old women.4.The values of grip strength of middle-aged and old women increased,and the values of sitting body forward bending and standing on one leg with closed eyes improved,and the development status was good.There were significant differences in the test before and after the experimental group,indicating that water aerobics had a good impact on the physical fitness related indicators of middle-aged and old women.5.After the water aerobics teaching experiment,the middle-aged and old women’s body shape,body function and body quality indexes have been improved obviously,indicating that water aerobics has a positive influence on the physical health of middle-aged and old women. |
