| With the progress of the times and the development of society,labor education has received more and more attention from all walks of life.In 2018,the National Education Conference clearly pointed out that the cultivation of students’ moral,intellectual,physical,and artistic development should be an important goal requirement.Labor education has regained attention and has become a key component of all-round development.The 2020 “Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Universities,Middle Schools and Primary Schools in the New Era” once again emphasized the importance of “extensive labor education”.In August 2020,the Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government issued the “Implementation Opinions on Deepening Education and Teaching Reform and Comprehensively Improving the Quality of Compulsory Education”.The “Opinions” require the implementation of “five educations simultaneously” to promote educational development,emphasizing student moral development and academic performance.Development,physical and mental health,interests,specialties and labor practices to promote the all-round development of students.At this stage,parents and schools are over-emphasizing grades and neglecting the cultivation of students’ work ability,awareness,and habits.Over time,students will not get all-round development,and the overall quality needs to be strengthened.The goal of “five education simultaneously” will be difficult to implement.Therefore,the current situation of labor education in our country urgently needs to deeply understand the various problems that appear in its courses,analyze the reasons in depth,and put forward targeted suggestions based on the actual situation of the province.This article comprehensively used the literature method,questionnaire survey method and interview method,and selected students from five primary schools in Nanchang as the research object,and conducted investigation and research by issuing questionnaires to the students to understand the current situation of the implementation of labor education courses.Through the analysis of survey data,it can be seen that my country’s primary school labor education has indeed received more attention in recent years and has also achieved certain development.However,many schools still have not implemented the specific requirements of “opening full labor courses”,and the words of labor courses are not reflected in the class schedules.The labor courses have been merged into comprehensive practical courses,and the class hours are not up to the requirements and lack of professional labor.The labor courses were merged into the comprehensive practical courses,and the class hours did not meet the requirements and lacked professional guidance.In view of the above situation,from the perspective of curriculum implementation and management,interviews with teachers and school administrators are conducted to collect specific information and data.I learned from the interview that teachers will consciously infiltrate students’ labor education in their daily study and life.This is worthy of recognition.However,the assessment methods for labor education courses are quite lacking.It can be seen from the implementation status of labor education curriculum that there are still some problems in the labor education curriculum of primary schools in our country.The status of labor courses is not high,and the content is out of touch with reality.Curriculum resources are scarce,and curriculum evaluation indicators need to be improved.Curriculum effect is not significant,labor ability needs to be improved,etc.On the basis of these problems,this research proposes some specific countermeasures.The first is to improve the guarantee mechanism of labor education courses and make up for the shortcomings of labor education courses.The second is to use curriculum resources to reflect Jiangxi’s red culture and focus on the integration of multi-disciplinary and labor education.The third is to pay attention to the role of family labor education and improve the cooperative education mechanism of family,school and community.The fourth is the transformation and improvement of ideological understanding and the importance of labor education.It is hoped that the above countermeasures can provide certain experience and reference for the realization of quality education and students’ overall development goals in the later stage. |
