| Football is a sport of intermittent,high intensity physical confrontation and rapid transition between attack and defense,which requires football players to have excellent physical strength quality,especially the technical action of shooting after high intensity confrontation between the two sides in the match.All the skills and tactics in football match are to score goals to win the victory,and the shooting technique largely determines the result of the match.Therefore,how to improve the physical competition in the strong state to get more goals,how to more effectively improve the level of football players shooting skills,become the problem we should solve.Through referring to relevant books,it is found that the definition of functional strength training refers to the specific exercise mode to increase the overall dynamic link of the internal muscles of the body,and the main purpose of the exercise benefit of each muscle group of the body under the exercise state,and attaches importance to the development of the training in line with the special exercise strength.At the same time,functional strength training has a good motor gain effect in improving body posture balance,proprioception and core strength stability.In recent years,both in the training and teaching of competitive sports have been warmly respected by the majority of teachers and students.In this paper,using the method of documentary and expert interview,questionnaire survey method,experimental method and mathematical statistics,applied functional strength training football technique training,shooting in the guangdong industry&trade vocational technical college of 22 men’s football team members(except the goalkeeper)as experimental object,after the test screening of the subjects can be divided into two groups,experimental group and control group each 11 people,Functional strength training,controls on traditional strength training,validation of functional strength training to improve the football inside of the instep shot technology have a positive role,verify the functional strength training to improve football inside of the instep shot is superior to the traditional strength training,after seven weeks of experiment to the following conclusion:(1)After 7 weeks of experimental training,the instep shot speed increased from 72.63±3.72m/s to 88.65±1.65m/s;The control group increased from 74.32 ±2.24m/s to 80.61±1.58m/s.The t-test results showed P<0.05,indicating that functional strength training was more effective than traditional strength training in improving the working efficiency of muscles.Therefore,functional strength training should be promoted and used in daily training.(2)After 7 weeks of experimental training,the shooting accuracy of instep was increased from 48.2±0.12%to 57.4±0.06;The control group increased from 46.4±0.08 to 49.7±0.14.The t-test results showed P<0.05,indicating that functional strength training improved the control effect of motor nerve on muscle control,and improved the control ability of human body on muscle movement.(3)After 7 weeks of experimental training,the success rate of instep shot increased from 32.6±0.10%to 41.2±0.08%;The control group increased from 35.2±0.16%to 36.4±0.11%,and the t-test results showed P<0.05,indicating that functional strength training can improve the overall coordination working ability between muscles,and can effectively improve the success rate of players’ instep shooting.(4)After 7 weeks of experimental training,the success rate of instep shot increased from 2.72±0.90 times to 3.22±0.71 times;The control group increased from 2.81±0.98 times to 2.90±1.02 times,and the t-test results showed P<0.05,indicating that functional strength training enabled the large and small muscle groups to coordinate and cooperate,improved the body’s ability to integrate force,and thus maintained a good stability. |
