Rural teachers are the foundation and foundation of rural education,which is related to the fate of rural children and the future of the nation.Teacher competence is the quality mark of rural teachers.This study takes the rural school where the author works and the surrounding rural schools as the overall background of the research.Based on the existing research on teacher competence,the competency model of rural teachers is modified,and the competency status of rural teachers is investigated and analyzed.The first chapter of this paper is the introduction,mainly elaborates the research significance,research design,including research problems,research content,research steps and methods.The second chapter completes the basic research,introduces the relevant concepts of teacher competence and the introduction of the existing research,reviews the literature related to rural teachers,teacher competence and teacher competence model at home and abroad,and sorts out the existing research on the characteristics and characteristics of rural teachers’ competence.The third chapter supports the research,that is,the formation of the rural teacher competency survey tool.Based on the teacher competency factors sorted out based on the literature,the questionnaire survey of 30 expert rural teachers is conducted to screen and supplement the competency factors of rural teachers and form the rural teacher competency survey tool.The fourth chapter is the core research,which investigates the current situation of rural teachers’ competency.Through the investigation,it is found that rural teachers’ competency is generally above the average level.This paper sorted out and analyzed the basic situation of rural teachers,compared the competency level of rural teachers in different situations such as gender and teaching years,and concluded that the overall score of rural teachers in professional character and personal traits was higher than the score of knowledge accomplishment and teaching ability. |
