| In order to meet the needs of colleges and universities to train high level athletes and cultivate the ball market,China holds the China University Basketball Association(CUBA)every year,which injects new vitality into the training of college basketball teams and presents new challenges to college basketball training.This paper uses literature,experts,and theories to determine the level of physical fitness of basketball players.In this paper,literature,expert interviews,mathematical and statistical methods and experimental methods were used to collect and study data from 18 basketball players of different positions.The experimental group used the targeted training programs for athletes of different positions,while the control group used the conventional strength training,and finally the relevant indexes were compared and analyzed to provide more specific,systematic and scientific physical training for basketball players in our school,so as to provide reference for improving athletes’ physical fitness and to promote the gradual development and improvement of basketball in our school.The experiment results show that the physical fitness of basketball players in colleges and universities can be improved.The analysis of the experimental results shows that: while developing strength,speed,agility,endurance and explosive power,college basketball players should pay more attention to explosive power,speed,agility and endurance quality;forward players should pay more attention to explosive power,muscle strength and endurance quality;centre players should pay more attention to explosive power,muscle strength and muscle circumference quality.Through the 12-week experiment,the targeted physical training of basketball players in different positions had significant effects on the explosive strength,speed,agility and endurance qualities of guard athletes;explosive strength,muscle strength and endurance qualities of forward athletes;and explosive strength,muscle strength and muscle circumference qualities of centre athletes,and a t-test was conducted on the experimental data,and P < 0.05.This indicates that compared with conventional strength training,the targeted physical training of different positions has more effects on the explosive strength,muscle strength and muscle circumference qualities of centre athletes.This indicates that the targeted physical training for different positions is more relevant,scientific and effective than the conventional strength training. |
