"Fast rhythm,strong confrontation" is the main feature of basketball.As a competitive sport with confrontation on the same field,abundant physical fitness is the key to ensure that athletes can use various techniques more reasonably in the whole match.With the continuous development of modern basketball techniques and tactics,the changing rhythm of attack and defense is accelerating,and the intensity of physical confrontation is gradually increasing,so the physical reserve of basketball players becomes more important.In recent years,the development of College Basketball League in our country is becoming more mature and perfect.More and more college teams participate in the competition,and the overall level of the competition is improving.This has a higher requirement for college athletes' physical reserves.How to guide college basketball players to carry out physical training more scientifically and reasonably is particularly important.Based on the characteristics of the physical fitness training of the special group of college basketball players,this paper studies the main problems in the physical fitness training of college basketball players and discusses how to improve the physical fitness of college basketball players through the methods of documentation,expert interviews,questionnaire survey and experiment,and combines with the actual physical fitness of Hebei college basketball players.Ability to train for guidance and intervention.Through the research,the following results are drawn:(1)In the process of physical fitness training,coaches attach great importance to it,but athletes do not attach enough importance to physical fitness training.(2)In different physical fitness training,the team with the highest scores attaches great importance to the two elements of strength and speed,but the means adopted in the actual training process between different schools are different.(3)Compared with strength and speed,endurance,agility and flexibility are paid less attention to in coaches of Hebei college male basketball team,and training means are single,so the effect of training is very limited.(4)In the annual training cycle,the means of physical training are basically the same,the training means are lack of innovation,and do not really run through different training stages.The continuity of physical training caused by cutting is poor.It is difficult for athletes to combine physical fitness with tactics in training.(5)Core strength training can improve athletes' speed and agility,but not their flexibilityand endurance.
