| School bullying is a very important educational governance in the world,it becomes more and more common,concealment and lower in age.On one hand,school bullying influences school’s normal teaching,and also influences school’s management.On the other hand,school bullying harms student’s mental health and personality development.This paper,with the students from the third grade to the sixth grade,in Xuancheng City,as an object of investigation.Through data analysis,it reveals the present situation,reasons and countermeasures of school bullying.In this study,questionnaire and interview were used to investigate the senior middle school students in two rural primary schools in Xuancheng City.It is professor Chen Shiping’s bullying behavior questionnaires(primary school edition).Due to the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic situation,the research adopted the form of the questionnaire,distributed 441 questionnaires,received 440 valid questionnaires,and 99.7effective questionnaires,and selected 10 teachers,parents and students respectively to conduct online interviews.Through the survey data and related findings,we found that there are four following characteristics of bullying behaviour in rural primary schools:first,bullying is common in rural primary schools;Second,there are various forms of bullying in rural primary schools;Thirdly,bullying in rural primary schools is hidden;Fourth,bullying on campus has serious consequences.Through relevant data and analysis,the following conclusions are drawn.Firstly,two rural primary schools in Xuancheng City are common;Second,left behind children are more likely to be involved in school bullying;Third,the two schools in Xuancheng City do not establish the corresponding prevention mechanism of campus bullying.This study uses the care theory and value clarification theory in moral education to analyze part of the reasons for bullying in rural primary schools,and puts forward the following countermeasures to reduce bullying in rural primary schools.Government level:first,strengthen the legal construction of campus bullying.Social level: first,strengthen social security management and create a harmonious environment;Second,strengthen the propaganda of news media to attract the attention of the society;Third,play the role of network supervision,purify cyberspace.School level: first,set up campus bullying prevention and control institutions and clear functions;Secondly,the introduction of professional forces for publicity and education;thirdly,strengthen the daily management and control of the campus,implement specific prevention and control measures;fourthly,guide students to learn to protect their legitimate rights and interests;fifthly,help students learn the correct value choice;sixthly,teach students to learn to care.Family level: first,parents should pay more attention to school bullying;second,parents should pay more attention to their children and family education. |
