The formative education is an educational subject of great concern both at home and abroad,and also an important part of moral education.In the stage of school education,students’ primary school stage is the best time to develop their good habits,and it is also the key time for schools to implement the cultivation education.Therefore,as an educator,the necessity and importance of nurturance education for primary school students cannot be ignored.Formative education is to cultivate students’ good habits.Formative education is called positive behavior learning education in Australia.Public primary schools in Queensland of Australia,attach great importance to the cultivation education of students.From the State Education Bureau to schools and teachers from the top to the bottom,they have made the positive behavior learning education for students the focus of school education,which has been implemented for decades,forming a more systematic theoretical basis and accumulating some practical experience.Firstly,this paper gives analyze to the basic content of primary school Formative education in Australia,the basic content of formative education project,and the current research.Secondly,using the theory of qualitative research,through the observation and interview method,this paper investigates the actual implementation of nurturance education in two public primary schools in Queensland of Australia,and obtains the relevant data.On this basis,the data are sorted,analyzed and coded,and the data about the actual implementation of nurturance education in two public primary schools are obtained.Based on the text analysis and practice analysis of the two public primary schools in Australia,this paper summarizes the characteristics of Formative education in Australia’s public primary schools.Finally,based on a survey of Australian Formative education,three conclusions are drawn from the promotion of formation education in Chinese public primary schools: 1.Improve the operability of the content of formation education;2.Strengthen the process orientation of behavior habits;3.Develop education in various activities to increase student participation.
