In a congratulatory letter sent by General Secretary Xi Jinping at the International Education Informatization Conference,he proposed to promote the transformation and innovation of education in response to the development of information technology,to build a networked,digital,personalized and lifelong education system,and to build "everyone learns,A learning society that can learn everywhere and learn from time to time,and cultivate a large number of innovative talents is a major issue facing humanity.“Everyone is learning” shows that everyone should have equal access to education.“Everywhere you can learn,you can learn from time to time” is a sign that education informatization has a major impact on the development of contemporary education.The basic education level in Tianjin is in a leading position in the country.The overall development of the city is good,but there are still different degrees of imbalance between regions,between urban and rural areas,and between schools.Basic education is the basic quality that every citizen cultivates for further study and employment.It is not only the study of knowledge,but also the comprehensive product of personality formation,personality development,moral level and other aspects.Therefore,the equalization of basic education is a key issue in the equalization of public services,and it is actually a real problem that affects the future development of every citizen.This paper explores the feasible path of using the basic education informationization means to achieve the goal of education equalization in Tianjin through literature analysis,interview investigation,questionnaire survey and case analysis.Education informatization plays an indispensable role in promoting the allocation of quality education resources.By building,applying and sharing high-quality digital education resources,each school is encouraged to enjoy high-quality digital education resources and improve the quality of education and teaching.The content of this paper is to understand the current situation of the balanced development of education in Tianjin and the development of educational informatization,and to analyze the imbalances and causes of inter-regional,inter-urban and inter-school imbalances in Tianjin,and to explore the promotion of education informatization to the equalization of basic education.The role,combined with the construction and implementation of the inter-school network synchronization teaching project in Tianjin,explores the strategies and methods for the education informationization means to effectively promote the balance of basic education in Tianjin,and realizes “individualized learning and quality balance” for basic education in Tianjin."This goal provides ideas for reference.Finally,it is concluded that the means of educational informatization is the key factor for the balanced development.The goal of equalizing education can be achieved through synchronous classrooms,network teaching and research,and resource construction.
