| In recent years,the whole country has issued a series of plans and programs to promote reform and development,making the integration of production and education a strategic task to optimize the industrial and educational structure.Under this historical background,private higher vocational colleges with greater flexibility and the highest degree of activity should make greater efforts to mobilize all resources,expand the integration scale,focus on the integration details,improve the integration depth of production and education,and cultivate “zero-distance” talents integrating production and education.In this paper,through literature research,comparative analysis and example research method,the collaborative education theory,stakeholder theory,sustainable development theory applied to education management study,it explores the dual system of vocational education among German,Britain,the United States and Canada,sandwich course system,and the education system of the typical experience of cooperation,analyzing and summarizing the domestic current of ordering and modern apprenticeship fusion effective education practice,and points out a number of drawbacks,such as cultivating process’ separation from industry chain enterprises,enterprises lack of participation,external policy immature unstable social environment.In order to avoid the effects of these deficiencies,this study attempts to further analyze the causes of the defects,hope to build community between colleges for the gripper,promote fusion depth to the “full integration education”development,put forward the scientific design fusion layer design system of mechanism,optimize the structure of professional(group)system,build process integration construction of curriculum system,construct double comprehensive-designable-initiative double-base talent team,and the practice environment,establish perfect multi-main-body governance security agencies and a series of countermeasures.In order to verify the feasibility of countermeasures,this study chooses H college in Fujian province as a typical object,to empirically investigate the integration of basic education,and then concretize a series of countermeasures as seven operational experience: industry leading school,making good use of leading enterprises in prospective and sensitivity set specialty,the inverse problem of talent training mode reform,implement modular teaching,being flexible,a lot of enterprise lecturers,relying on the practice of building cooperative enterprises experimental environment,outsourcing non-core job functions. |
