Research On The Operation Mechanism Optimization Of Production Education Integration In Higher Vocational Colleges Of Gansu Province

Entering the 21 st century,China’s vocational education ushered in a new period of vigorous development,training a large number of professional and technical personnel for the grand goal of building socialism in an all-round way,and making outstanding contributions to the expansion of modern industrial system.However,due to the constraints of system and mechanism and other related factors,the supply side of talent training and the industry demand side can not achieve complete docking,and there is a serious "two skin" problem.In order to promote economic transformation and development and comprehensively improve the quality level of human resources,the State Council in 2018 released "some opinions on deepening the integration of industry and education",which clearly defined the talent training objectives of deepening the integration of industry and education and comprehensively promoting the organic convergence of education chain,talent chain,industry chain and innovation chain.In response to the call of the state,Gansu Province also announced the implementation opinions on deepening the integration of industry and education.However,limited by the lagging economic development,weak foundation of vocational education and serious lack of industrial foundation and other factors,Gansu Province is still in the stage of exploration in the field of industry education integration,and lacks specific measures that can be effectively implemented.Higher vocational colleges are an extremely important force of vocational personnel training and education.Their development is closely related to the local economic industry.In the development of industry education integration,there are still many problems,suchas imperfect safeguard measures,insufficient coordination among departments,unclear responsibilities of school running subjects,low enthusiasm of enterprises to participate,and imperfect evaluation and incentive mechanism.Based on the summary and collation of the existing research results at home and abroad,this paper clarifies the overall development status of the integration of production and education in higher vocational colleges,draws lessons from the methods of measuring the integration of production and education at home and abroad,and compiles the questionnaire,and carries out individual interviews and questionnaire survey to grasp the specific development situation in an all-round way.Based on the collected effective questionnaire survey data and interview records,this paper summarizes the current implementation status of production education integration operation mechanism in Higher Vocational Colleges in Gansu Province,and analyzes the problems existing in the operation mechanism of production education integration in Higher Vocational Colleges in Gansu Province,including the imperfect organization guarantee mechanism,the imperfect comprehensive coordination mechanism,and the lack of incentive evaluation mechanism.Finally,combined with the level of economic and social development,industrial development and the actual development of Higher Vocational Colleges in Gansu Province,based on the theory of collaborative governance,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the operation mechanism of industry education integration from the aspects of establishing and perfecting the organizational security mechanism,optimizing the comprehensive coordination mechanism,and establishing the incentive evaluation mechanism.
