With the vigorous development of the e-sports industry and the increasingly significant job segmentation of the e-sports industry,high-quality technical talents with knowledge and ability to meet the job needs are urgently needed.Higher vocational colleges are the main force to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents.Practical teaching is the key link to cultivate students ’ practical ability and technical skills.The policy of industry-education integration advocates the matching of talent supply and market demand,which is an important guarantee for the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges.To solve the problem of talent fault and low matching degree of talents in e-sports industry,it is necessary to thoroughly implement the concept of integration of industry and education in the process of practical teaching.The e-sports and management major cultivates talents in the e-sports industry,but the e-sports and management major has multi-disciplinary attributes and is greatly affected by policies,industrial development,e-sports events and projects,operation mode and business layout.The practical teaching mode of traditional disciplines is obviously no longer fully applicable to the cultivation of e-sports talents.Research Objective: Through the investigation of the practical teaching mode of e-sports and management major in Shandong Province,this paper probes into the shortcomings of the current practical teaching mode and analyzes the reasons.To explore the practical teaching mode of integration of production and education which is more suitable for e-sports and management majors,and improve the practical teaching quality of e-sports and management majors in higher vocational colleges.Research methods: This paper uses the literature research method to sort out the existing research on the integration of production and education and practical teaching mode,and summarizes the theoretical basis of practical teaching mode to lay a foundation for the development and smooth progress of the research.Questionnaire survey method and interview method are used to investigate the practice teaching mode of e-sports and management major in higher vocational colleges and the construction of the practice teaching mode of integration of industry and education for e-sports and management major in higher vocational colleges.The investigation is carried out from the following aspects:theoretical basis,teaching objectives,operating procedures,realization conditions and teaching evaluation.The logical analysis method is applied to analyze,summarize and conclude the research data and materials.Research results:According to the questionnaire survey and interview of the practice teaching mode of e-sports and management major in higher vocational colleges,the problem of practical teaching mode is manifested in three aspects.In terms of teaching objectives,the goal setting is broad but not accurate.In terms of realization conditions,the quality of teaching content and teachers need to be improved.In terms of teaching evaluation,the content and form of evaluation are stereotyped,and the evaluation subject is single.The causes of the problems are the generalization of talent training objectives,the confusion of talent training direction,the lack of practical training materials,the imperfect construction of double-qualified teams,and the lack of normative indicators in the practical teaching evaluation mechanism.It can be seen that e-sports education has a long way to go,but the practice teaching mode of integration of production and education for e-sports and management majors in higher vocational colleges has also made certain achievements.In terms of operating procedures,teaching methods are diversified and teaching activities are enriched.Research conclusion: The practice teaching mode of integration of production and education of e-sports and management major in higher vocational colleges in Shandong province.The theoretical basis includes constructivist learning theory,competency-based education theory,and demand-oriented theory.The teaching goal consists of cognitive goal,ability goal and emotional goal.The operating procedures include formulating practical teaching plans,organizing participation in practical teaching,and summarizing and reflecting on practical teaching.In terms of realization conditions,student-centered,school-enterprise dual subject participation,practical teaching content and theoretical teaching content,industrial development,professional ability docking,practical teaching form campus practice,enterprise practice,social practice coordination linkage.In terms of teaching evaluation,the evaluation content is diversified,the evaluation method is flexible and diverse,and the evaluation subject is extensive.
