At present,China’s targeted poverty alleviation has entered a critical stage,and targeted poverty alleviation through education has assumed the responsiblility of blocking the intergenerational transmission of poverty.Work-study program is an important means of targeted poverty alleviation through education.This study intends to help targeted poverty alleviation through education,optimize the distribution of educational resources,and promote educational equality by studying the models of work-study programs in vocational colleges.Combining the investigation of present models of work-study programs in vocational colleges with the new requirements that targeted poverty alleviation has imposed on work-study programs,this study explores new models of work-study programs to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of these programs.The introduction part expounds the feasibility of studying the work-study models in vocational colleges under the background of targeted poverty alleviation,and confirms that the guiding the work-study models in vocational colleges with the philosophy of targeted poverty alleviation is conducive to the enrichment of work-study theory and the development of work-study programs.Through existing literature,the author gets familiar with the current situation of studies on work-study programs in vocational colleges,sorts out the current research progress and achievements,and elucidates the core concepts of targeted poverty alleviation and work-study programs in vocational colleges.The second part explores the existing work-study models in vocational colleges.Through investigation,the author found that all models had different backgrounds,and they all have some limitations concerning effects of poverty alleviation and education.Specifically,they have limitations in terms of target identification,means of assistance,management rules,and educational effects.Based on the new requirements that targeted poverty alleviation has imposed on work-study programs in vocational colleges,the third part of this paper analyzes the significance of the philosophy of targeted poverty alleviation to work-study programs.This part also puts foward that a work-study model based on targeted poverty alleviation philosophy should be constructed through targeted identification,targeted assistance,targeted management,and targeted education.The fourth part summarizes the status quo of target identification,means of assistance,management rules,and educational effects in the work-study programs in vocational colleges.Combining the new requirements that targeted poverty alleviation has imposed on work-study programs,this paper analyzes the investigation results,explores existing problems,and analyzes the reasons for the emergence of these problems.The fifth part is the key of this research.It proposes the construction of a work-study model in vocational colleges based on the philosophy of targeted poverty alleviation.Firstly,it explains the background,the chain of thought,and the principles of this construction.Next,it puts forward the specific connotations of this model.Then it analyzes the feasibility and advantages of this model.Finally,it proposes the means of construction: achieve accurate identification by using stricter standards;achieve accurate assistance by establishing an orientation on the students;achieve accurate management by strengthening management rules;achieve accurate education by enriching the connotations of education.
