Abstract/Summary:
In October 2015,the country introduced the universal two-child policy,under which a couple can have two children,which is another adjustment of the population policy.As the main reproductive subject,women bear the brunt of the problem of career development in the context of the universal two-child policy.This paper narrow the research object to female teachers,discusses their career development in the context of the universal two-child policy,and puts forward solutions to the career development of female teachers in combination with other countries’ measures to guarantee the career development of reproductive women,which is of practical significance to actively respond to the national universal two-child policy.This paper is consisted of seven parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly describes the research background and significance of this paper,introduces the research status at home and abroad,and summarizes the research methods and innovations of this paper.The second part is to define some important concepts of this paper,analyze the meaning of the universal two-child policy and the guarantee of female teachers’ career development,and elaborate the relevant theoretical basis of this paper.The third part,taking female teachers in Ping Tan as an example,studies female teachers’ fertility intention under the background of the universal two-child policy through questionnaires and individual interviews.The fourth part is to analyze the influence and reasons of female teachers’ career development under the background of the universal two-child policy.The fifth part selects three typical countries,such as Japan,Germany and Britain,to study their policy guarantee and support measures on female employment,and to provide reference for the career development guarantee of female teachers under the universal two-child policy in China.The sixth part is the body of the article,from the aspects of government,school,put forward the feasible safeguard measures,including government measures on formulation of dynamic adjustment,creating a fair employment environment,improving the maternity insurance system,perfecting the child-care service system,flexible extension of maternity leave time and school measures on active acceptance of field work,strengthening the teachers job training,establishing friendly support system,playing a role of school unions and so on,in order to better under the background of the universal two-child policy guarantee teacher professional development.The seventh part is the research conclusion and prospect.
