With the development of society and the new curriculum reform,our government,society and the people are urgently calling for educational resources of high quality as well as for higher requirements,Teaching management is the schools core work,it reflects the school education the criteria and fairness,more directly affect the school social reputation and talent training quality in relation to the future development of running a school,and have been grade and highly valued by the principals.The basic education curriculum reform in China has put forward new challenges and requirements for the current primary school teaching management.How to effectively carry out the teaching management reform to better promote the implementation of the new curriculum reform is worth studying.Reflecting on the teaching management of our primary school,we find that there are still many shortcomings,such as the backward thinking of teaching managers,the imperfect teaching management system,the insufficient detection of teaching quality,the weak awareness and ability of teachers’ professional development,etc.these problems fully show that the effectiveness of primary school teaching management is still lacking,so how to strengthen primary school teaching management and effectively improve the effectiveness of teaching management Sex has become an urgent problem for educational administrators in the current situation.Based on the background of the new curriculum reform,this paper studies the problems of primary school teaching management.Taking a primary school in Liaocheng City as a case,on the basis of field research and literature review,this paper uses questionnaire,interview and other research methods to deeply analyze the existing problems.First of all,it defines the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of primary school teaching management,deeply analyzes the new requirements of the new curriculum reform on primary school teaching management,and various manifestations of the lack of effectiveness of primary school teaching management.Secondly,through specific cases and,this paper puts forward the problems of teaching management in primary school a from four aspects of the subject,system,process and result of teaching management.Then,combined with the results of interviews and,the paper deeply analyzes the causes of the problems.Finally,according to the problems found in the study,this paper suarizes and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the effectiveness of primary school teaching management under the new curriculum reform,hoping to provide some reference for the current primary school teaching management.
