Research On The Countermeasures Of Ideological And Political Education Of College Newcomers

The comprehensive strength of a country depends on science and technology,and the development of science and technology cannot do without talents,and the training of talents cannot do without the development of education.Therefore,the essence of current international competition is,in the final analysis,competition in education.It was the first time that Xi Jinping proposed to train newcomers to take on the responsibility of national rejuvenation at the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Colleges and universities must implement the fundamental task of establishing morality and fostering people,and constantly train newcomers of the era who have ideals,capabilities,and responsibilities who can take on the great task of national rejuvenation.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Xi Jinping,standing on the height of realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,has put forward many new expositions on the issue of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in a series of conferences and speeches.The proposal of cultivating newcomers of the era pointed out the direction of the development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and provided a basic follow for the ideological and political education countermeasures of cultivating newcomers of the era.This article focuses on the ideological and political education countermeasures of the newcomers in the colleges and universities in the era of cultivating newcomers.On the basis of combing and summarizing the related research results,based on the results of questionnaires and interviews,summarizing the current situation of the newcomers in the colleges and universities’ cultivating era.Through the survey results,it is found that the current colleges and universities pay more attention to the work of cultivating newcomers in the era,and the work of three-dimensional education is comprehensively promoted,focusing on the improvement of comprehensive quality,and focusing on practical development.These reflect the achievements that colleges and universities have achieved in the era of fostering newcomers.However,one problem was still discovered during the investigation,which mainly included the utilitarian trend of the ideal pursuit of some students,the unbalanced development of a small number of students’ comprehensive quality,and the lack of an effective system for responsible education.Combining with the themes of this article,from internal and external research on the causes of problems,the reasons for the problems existing in the current era of college cultivation are found,including the inadequate play of the leading role of the main body of ideological and political education,the deviation of the comprehensive quality evaluation system,and the responsibility education mechanism Not sound.Combining relevant literature and information,this article,supported by the survey results,mainly starts from the three aspects of leading ideal and belief education with great dreams,comprehensive development and improvement of overall quality,and stimulating the spirit of struggle to cultivate ideological and political education for colleges and universities.Suggest countermeasures.
