In modern people’s life and work, cooperation consciousness and cooperation ability are more and more important. Cooperative learning is in order to meet the needs of modern society to the cooperation ability and put forward a way of teaching and learning.New curriculum reform of our country vigorously advocates the cooperative learning, injected new blood into the classroom of primary and secondary schools.Simultaneous interaction is the basic elements of Kagan cooperative learning, to realize the classroom everyone involved, playing an important role in cooperative classroom. In reality the cooperative classroom often exist problems of everyone involved, concrete is uneven or participation in the shallow, the simplification. This is due to the partial teachers grasp basic elements of cooperative learning does not reach the designated position, don’t realize the importance of everyone involved and simultaneous interaction for cooperative classroom Kagan cooperative learning structural method is a kind of important cooperative learning method. It has a strong maneuverability and is of great significance to realize simultaneous interaction.Using Kagan cooperative learning structural method has the theoretical and practical value, to promote simultaneous interaction in the high school ideological and political course,to deepen and interactive study enriched the high school ideological and political course teaching practice at the same time.In order to deeply explore Kagan cooperative learning and simultaneous interaction, this research mainly include the following several parts:The first part:Introduction. Carding and analysis about cooperative learning, Kagan cooperative learning, and the research status of simultaneous interaction found that domestic related research literature rarely Kagan cooperative learning, one of the few research on simultaneous interaction is to stay on the surface, there is no in-depth discussion, no combined with a specific subject to talk the realization of simultaneous interaction.Therefore, realizing simultaneous interaction in high school ideological and political course has a certain significance.
