The Dilemma And Solutions Of Rural Compulsory Education Balanced Development

Education is related to the livelihood of every member of society.And compulsory education shoulders the important task of promoting the overall national quality and culture,It is closely related to the development of the country and society.However,due to the economic and cultural regional history and other factors,There are still many problems in rural compulsory education.Rural compulsory education shoulders the important mission of realizing balanced development of urban and rural education,Rural compulsory education not only bears the basic function of education and teaching,but also bears the important responsibility of educating people.For the local community,rural compulsory education also undertakes the mission of preserving,inheriting and creating local characteristic culture.Therefore,This paper takes H County of Shanxi Province as an example,identify the existing plight and future development direction of rural compulsory education in the educational development environment,combine the field investigation with the content of the existing research cost;objectively reflect the current situation of rural compulsory education;summarize and describe the realistic predicament of rural compulsory education;based on quantitative analysis and qualitative research on the literature we have mastered,explore the root of the dilemma of rural education development;try to explore the sustainable development mode suitable for the balanced development of rural compulsory education.Then put forward some practical policy Suggestions,to contribute to the sound development of rural compulsory education,in order to realize the balanced development of rural compulsory education in Shanxi Province to make a positive exploration.This paper is divided into four parts : The first part introduces the concept of balanced development of rural compulsory education.the second part,combining with the natural geographical conditions and economic and social conditions of the educational population in H County,Based on the analysis of education statistics statements and field investigation and questionnaire survey in H County,this paper analyzes the effects of education investment in the allocation of educational infrastructure and excellent teachers in the teaching system of rural schools,and summarizes the realistic difficulties in the balanced development of compulsory education in H County.The third part analyzes the realistic predicament of the development of compulsory education in H County.Comprehensive use of compulsory education for the positioning,Some relevant knowledge about the theory of educational equity and the function of social stratification of education analyzes and summarizes the deep-seated reasons for the predicament in the development of compulsory education in H county.In the fourth part,the author tries to put forward some feasible Suggestions aiming at the deep reasons of the predicament in the balanced development of compulsory education in H county.
