| Under the background of the new era,the CPC Central Committee has put forward a grand blueprint for implementing the strategy of rural revitalization based on the reality of the development of the cause of agriculture,rural areas and farmers in our country.In order to implement the strategy of rural revitalization,we must give priority to the development of rural human resources,give priority to the development of rural education,and vigorously strengthen vocational and technical training.However,affected by many factors,at present,there is still a very significant contradiction between the inadequate development of rural vocational training and the demand for rural revitalization,especially in the main participants,mainly all kinds of rural vocational schools.Other social forces have not been effectively stimulated,which greatly hinders the development of rural vocational training.Based on the current rural revitalization strategy,this study focuses on agricultural colleges and universities to participate in rural vocational training,the specific contents are as follows:First,the introduction.This part analyzes and discusses the research background,research significance,domestic and foreign research summary,research content and research methods of rural vocational training in agricultural colleges and universities.Second,the core concepts and theoretical basis.This part defines the concepts of higher agricultural colleges and universities,rural vocational training,higher agricultural colleges and universities to participate in rural vocational training,and analyzes the community theory,stakeholder theory,collaborative governance theory and so on.Third,the necessity and possibility for agricultural colleges and universities to participate in rural vocational training.This part points out that the strategic needs of national rural revitalization,the development of rural vocational training,the cultivation of new vocational farmers and the functions of higher agricultural colleges and universities are the necessity for agricultural colleges and universities to participate in rural vocational training.the resource advantages of agricultural colleges and universities,relevant participation history and cases at home and abroad are the possibility for agricultural colleges and universities to participate in rural vocational training.Fourth,the history and current situation of agricultural colleges and universities participating in rural vocational training.China’s agricultural colleges and universities’ participation in rural vocational training has mainly experienced five stages: takeover and reform period(1949-1957),germination and exploration period(1958-1965),heavy blow and stagnation period(1966-1976),recovery and development period(1978-1999)and in-depth development period(2000 to the present).At present,agricultural colleges and universities have a relatively perfect policy system to participate in rural vocational training,and there has been a new development in the content and mode of participation.Fifth,the problems and countermeasures of agricultural colleges and universities participating in rural vocational training.Based on the analysis of the process and current situation of participation,it is pointed out that participation policy,participation system and mechanism,participation capital guarantee,participation concept,participation training supply and demand need to be further improved.on the basis of this,the corresponding optimization suggestions are put forward for agricultural colleges and universities to participate in rural vocational training. |
