Development and adaptation are the basic course of life individuals.Social adaptation is an important indicator to measure the socialization of adolescents.It is also an important indicator to measure the individual development level of young athletes.Adolescents’ mental health and social adaptability have become the focus of attention of the whole society.Under the background of "integration of sports and education",important measures for the healthy development of young people have been put forward.In addition,the social adaptation of athletes after retirement under market conditions is not optimistic.As the reserve talents of competitive sports,young athletes are related to their social adaptability.The great development of sports and the safety and stability of society.In the context of "sports and education integration",this study uses case studies,literature data,questionnaire surveys,interviews,and structural equation model analysis.Based on the analysis of relevant social adaptation literature,this study analyzes the psychological advantages and psychological advantages.The four dimensions of energy,interpersonal adaptability,and psychological flexibility comb through the current situation of young athletes’ social adaptation based on the integration of sports and education,and explore the relevant factors that affect young athletes’ social adaptation.Research shows that:(1)The current status of young athletes’ social adaptability is that the overall level of adaptability is relatively good,but it shows differences in gender,final grade ranking,and father’s education level.This is manifested in the fact that male young athletes’ social adaptability is better than female adolescents Athletes,top-ranked athletes in the final grades are better than those with lower grades in terms of psychological energy and psychological superiority in social adaptation;athletes whose fathers have a graduate degree have higher scores in psychological energy than those whose fathers have other educational backgrounds.(2)On this basis,a factor analysis of the factors influencing the social adaptability of young athletes found that the factors affecting the social adaptability of young athletes mainly include their own internal factors,school factors,social environmental factors,family factors,and interpersonal relationship between teachers and students in the team.Relationship factors.The structural equation model is used to analyze the relationship between the dimensions of social adaptation and influencing factors.Research shows that internal factors,interpersonal relationship factors between teachers and students in the team,and family factors will all have a significant impact on athletes’ social adaptation.The standardized significance coefficients are respectively 0.359,0.335,-0.214,of which internal factors and the interpersonal relationship between teachers and students in the team have a positive influence on social adaptation,and family factors have a negative influence on social adaptation;(3)Suggestions: 1.Strengthen athletes’ psychology from the school level The sense of superiority is to adhere to the main position of ideological and cultural construction;the second is to diversify teaching methods;the third is to establish a sports-oriented education concept;the fourth is to give play to the personality charm of coaches and lead role models.2.Increase the mental flexibility of athletes and establish a correct concept of attribution;3.Active family adjustment,pay attention to children’s mental health education;4.Maintain the promotion of the social environment;5.Cultivate good interpersonal skills.
