The issuance of opinions on the deep integration of sports and education has provided an opportunity to resolve the existing difficulties in the transition of outstanding retired athletes.Focusing on the high-quality development of school sports,this research aims to explore feasible methods to transform outstanding retired athletes into physical education teachers,and effectively promote the transition and placement of outstanding retired athletes in Sichuan Province.Scientific research methods such as inductive deduction,questionnaire survey,expert interview,and analytic hierarchy process were employed to investigate the current situation of the transition of outstanding retired athletes to physical education teachers in Sichuan Province under the background of the integration of sports and education.The constraining factors in the transition process were analyzed from the meso,macro,and micro levels,and the construction of the mechanism system for the transformation of outstanding retired athletes into physical education teachers was of reference value.By reviewing the history of the transition of outstanding athletes from retirement to physical education teachers in China,this research elaborated on the policies,selection mechanisms,and development logic,providing a basis for the construction of the transformation mechanism system.Based on the current situation and constraining factors in the transition of outstanding retired athletes to physical education teachers in Sichuan Province,the indicators for the early,middle,and later stages of the transition process were established,and a scientific and effective mechanism system for the transformation of outstanding retired athletes into physical education teachers was constructed.After screening and revising the mechanism construction,the mechanism system for the transformation of outstanding retired athletes into physical education teachers was ultimately established,including three primary indicator dimensions of preparation mechanism,connection mechanism,and transformation mechanism,eight secondary indicator dimensions of comprehensive quality training mechanism,teacher professionalism training mechanism,specialized teaching training mechanism,transformation incubation mechanism,evaluation and admission mechanism,classification guidance mechanism,school support mechanism,and quality assurance mechanism,as well as 29 tertiary indicator contents.Based on the construction of the transformation mechanism system,driving strategies were proposed from multiple levels,such as the transformation concept,educational structure,social support,and policy support,to effectively leverage the deep integration of sports and education to serve the development of school sports and provide reference solutions for the transition of outstanding retired athletes to physical education teachers in Sichuan Province. |
