| In order to better cultivate skilled and applied talents with craftsman spirit and labor spirit,the state attaches great importance to the development of vocational education,and secondary vocational education plays an important role in vocational education.In secondary vocational education,students’ career planning education is indispensable,which is related to the goal and motivation of secondary vocational students.However,due to the current middle school students’ career planning education vocational education system,lack of management consciousness,career planning education system is not sound,the traditional academic employment ideas influence,parent-school produced is not strong,the influence of such factors as the career planning education in the secondary vocational education is a certain degree of neglect,affects the secondary vocational students’ healthy growth.As zhangjiajie of ethnic areas,relying on the tourism resources and development of secondary vocational education development is relatively fast,but because the region is in ethnic minority areas,less developed regions,relatively limited education resources and education idea relative lag,secondary vocational school students’ career planning education oriented and students oriented career planning management did not cause enough attention,study this phenomenon,It is of great significance for the secondary vocational schools in this region to strengthen the vocational planning education and management of students,and to train vocational and technical talents to meet the needs of the society.This paper takes A school in Zhangjiajie as an example to conduct an empirical study on the status quo of students’ career planning education and management.This paper mainly studies the current situation,existing problems and causes of vocational planning education and management of students in this school,as well as the countermeasures to strengthen vocational planning education and management of students.In terms of research methods,mainly adopts literature research,questionnaire survey method,interview method,zhangjiajie A college students,teachers,students,parents and the public as object of research,interviews,which has recovered 446 student survey questionnaire and interview October,interview involves the professional class teacher,the teacher in charge,school manager staff,students,parents,society,etc.Through in-depth investigation and research,we found that there are some problems in A school in Zhangjiajie,such as insufficient popularization of students’ career planning education,imperfect education and management of school career planning,and insufficient home-school coordination.In order to solve these problems,it is necessary to strengthen the education and management of students’ career planning with the school as the leading,strengthen the self-education management of students with the students as the main body,improve the school-enterprise cooperative education mechanism with the society as the link,and build the home-school cooperative education mechanism with the family as the supplement.In terms of school education,career,education and management in school students as the main body of the purposeful,planned and organized training students planning career development goals,develop students self comprehensive vocational ability,promote the students’ self career development activities,should cause all kinds of schools at all levels attach great importance,only in this way,In order to achieve the goal of school education. |
