Diversification of activity materials is a requirement for the development of sports activities in kindergartens in the Guide to Learning and Development for Children aged3-6 years.Rich and varied sports equipment can improve the interest and enthusiasm of young children to participate in sports activities,but also in sports activities in the independent choice,independent operation,independent exploration of the important guarantee.However,at present,there are problems such as the type and quantity of sports equipment delivery,the single function of the equipment,the low utilization rate of the equipment and the large footprint of the kindergarten.Low-structure sports equipment flexible and changeable,its components can be stitched together,is the teacher to carry out basic movements,sports games and other sports activities auxiliary materials;At present,the number of kindergartens using low-structure sports equipment is gradually increasing,but the relevant research is insufficient,so the actual delivery and application of low-structure sports equipment in kindergartens is worth exploring and studying.This study selected X kindergarten with low-structure sports equipment in Lanzhou City as the research object,used observation method to observe and record the sports activities carried out by low-structure sports equipment in the park,and cooperated with the interview method,case analysis method from the low-structure sports equipment possession status,activity venue and equipment placement,material placement,timing and activity content,activity organization process and teacher guidance,activity evaluation six dimensions to understand the X-park application of low-structure sports equipment to carry out sports activities.The research shows that in the course of using low-structure sports equipment to carry out sports activities,the activities enrich the form and content of activities while relieving the pressure of the activity venue,promote teachers to put more hierarchical and targeted materials,further promote the development of weak parts of children’s movements to be strengthened,various modes of operation to promote the autonomy and creative development of young children,increase the opportunities for interaction,and enhance the cooperative ability of young children The discussion on the process of physical activity carried out by the application of low-structure sports equipment also improves the teachers’ ability to organize sports activities.However,in practical application,there are also activity schedule and site division is not clear enough,resulting in insufficient space for young children’s activities,the delivery of materials is relatively single,children’s self-selecting materials and independent stitching activities have fewer opportunities,teachers on the value of low-structure sports equipment and play mining is not deep enough,there is no use or use of the phenomenon,teachers’ effective guidance is insufficient,children’s activities are not rich enough,teachers are not enough attention to activities evaluation,evaluation flow in the form of the problem.In view of the above problems and reasons,the researchers put forward corresponding countermeasures from kindergartens and teachers: kindergartens should formulate rules for the use of low-structure sports equipment,strengthen institutional management,strengthen garden-based training and learning,improve teachers’ understanding of the value of low-structure sports equipment and material application,provide children and parents with low-structure sports equipment playing opportunities through various forms,teachers should enrich the delivery of materials,increase the opportunities for children’s self-selecting materials,self-construction,teachers should strengthen exchanges and collaboration,Form a working force.
