The school sports equipment is based on the conditions of school physical educationteaching, after-school sports training,sports training and competition activities, especially inthe school sports curriculum reform process, as one of the important conditions of the sportsteaching and training, has attracted many experts and scholars. Previous research in middleschool, most scholars focus on rural schools or poor areas, found in many problems, such assome of the facilities of school physical education teaching conditions of rural poor, lack ofspace, lack of equipment and so on, greatly affected the school sports teaching and trainingactivities, and puts forward the many constructive opinions, this situation has caused theeducation department’s attention, some conditional problem is gradually improving. In thisstudy, from another point of view, focuses on the investigation of the capital city of Hebeiprovince Shijiazhuang city middle school sports equipment, analysis of physical educationteachers on the satisfaction degree of sports equipment at present as well as the impact on theteaching and training in the provincial capital city, equipment that middle school sportsfacilities can meet the learning needs and the solutions and strategies the problem. This studyis based on the investigation, research, discussion of Shijiazhuang city middle school sportsequipment status and its influence on the middle school sports teaching and training, andaccording to the middle school sports equipment and the current conditions in Shijiazhuang,put forward to the student’s learning situation of demand better conditions the resourceadvantage of capital city to promote sports school, teachers and students to play creativecooperation, fully tap the school sports equipment resources, optimizing for the middle schoolsport facilities in Shijiazhuang city to provide evidence.This paper mainly is the study of the Shijiazhuang city middle school sports facilities inthe situation, has carried on the investigation to the students, teachers and sports team leaderin21schools in six areas. Mainly using the literature method, survey method (includingexpert interviews, questionnaires, interviews with teachers and students), data statistics andlogical analysis method.The following conclusions: Shijiazhuang city middle school sports equipment is basically in accordance with therelevant provisions of the Ministry of education, physical education teachers and students forthe status of sports equipment in the physical education teaching and training inunderstanding clear, that the implementation of conditional factors in the school sportseducation will restrict Shijiazhuang city middle school sports teaching and sports activities,should cause the great attention of leaders at all levels.Setting and school sports equipment resources of Shijiazhuang city middle school sportscurriculum closely, showing a trend of diversification. Most of the students of the schoolsports curriculum appeared satisfactory attitude, but most of the students to the school sportsground small, less equipment, spare time open to students lack of opinion.Shijiazhuang city middle school sports venues surrounding for the development andgreening insufficient attention, physical education teachers on the lack of initiative to lead thestudents to expand the site and transformation equipment, sports learning have a certainimpact on students. School of sports equipment management system and social factors greatlytroubled Shijiazhuang city middle school physical education and school sports activities.According to the above research recommendations are presented in this paper are asfollows: sports equipment of the school is one of the important carrier of school physicaleducation, should attach great importance to cause the leadership, according to the nationalstandard provides the corresponding funds support is crucial; PE teachers should give fullplay to the initiative, in the full understanding of students’ physical demand, advocate makesimple sports equipment, not only can solve the lack of equipment and can not meet thedemand of the problem, and the cultivation of students’ innovative spirit and practical ability;by the power of the current curriculum reform, reform of middle school physical educationcurriculum, the sports cultural penetration in teaching and training, offering more fitness,recreational sports curriculum, can make full use of and conditions of outdoor sports, in orderto reduce dependence on the school teaching, reduce dependence on school sports equipment.
