With the advent of the era of education informatization,network training,as a new model has become a new way to promote the development of primary and secondary school teacher’ professional.However,this model has many problems,such as many teachers just in order to complete the task to participate in online workshops so that development of teachers’ professional ability is not effective.We need to inspire teachers’ internal motivation to achieve a higher professional development,and the inner driving force is the teacher’s self-efficacy.As a new form of network training,it’s influence on teachers’ sense of self-efficacy has become a problem that needs to be studied.This research mainly uses the literature research method and the investigation research method.At the beginning,I read a large number of literature and defined concepts related to network training and teachers’ professional self-efficacy and determined the theoretical basis of this study by combing the domestic and foreign researches.Then I read the existing self-efficacy questionnaire for reference,according to the characteristics of the network training and made the primary and secondary school teachers self-efficacy questionnaire.In addition,the reliability and validity of the final questionnaire are good.Teachers’ self-efficacy is divided into five dimensions:self-efficacy of professional ability,self-efficacy of professional task,self-efficacy of career cognition and development,self-efficacy of interpersonal,self-efficacy of body and mind.Besides,a semi-structured interview outline was prepared to conduct in-depth interviews with teachers.Quantitative research and qualitative research were used to analyze that “Henan Xiangcheng Project Group”--a non-profit self-organizing network research team influence teachers’ self-efficacy and various dimensions was analyzed.The research results show that teachers’ self-efficacy is significantly higher in the network training,and there are significant differences in the five dimensions of self-efficacy.Through in-depth interviews,it’s known that teachers have developed a number of abilities through participating in the network training activities,and their self-efficacy is satisfied and improved.Then I put forward the design strategy of network research activities that can effectively promote teachers’ sense of self-efficacy and can promote the self-organizing network research of public welfare.The self-organizing network study provides a new perspective for the future study of the normal study model.
