"Preschool teacher national training program" by the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Finance since 2011 for the national organization and implementation of kindergarten teachers, has completed three rounds of the national culture, but there are varying degrees of training a single model, lack of effectiveness of targeted training methods and other issues. In 2014, the country plans to add training and the first round of the upcoming implementation of the "Teacher Training Workshop" project, aimed at the "seed" of teachers to lead a number of regional training workshops backbone teachers, teachers create learning community IT environment, will focus on the combination of face to face with the network training, online learning and offline practice, explore the establishment of key teachers normalization training mode, to make up for past deficiencies "national training plan" to implement and improve the effectiveness of the "national training plan" implementation.This study was designed to "national training program(2014)," Harbin Normal University preschool teacher training workshops focused on the short term, for example, the use of comprehensive research methods and means for early childhood teachers to study the effectiveness of the training workshops. The validity of the analysis were from the relevant training satisfaction; for those who learn to analyze the effect of training; analysis of the trainees’ behavior effects; feedback and analysis of the effectiveness of internal Square members; the original work and feedback related personnel effectiveness analysis discuss several aspects, draw conclusions and make recommendations.In this study of preschool teacher workshops through the implementation of "national training program," the validity of the analysis of various factors, and provide valuable suggestions for the implementation of "national training plan" Harbin Normal University teacher workshops, and thus enhance the project in various regions of the province the generalization.
