With the rapid development and popularization of the Internet,teacher workshop network study has become a normal mode to promote the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers.The network research and training of workshops mainly means that teachers form research and training communities with workshop owners,workshop administrators,workshop counselors and teachers of the same subject through the network research and training platform.In the network research and training,students deepen their understanding of knowledge through interaction,so as to solve the problems existing in the practice teaching of teachers.The interactive quality of network research will have a direct impact on the effect of teacher network research,and then affect the professional development of teachers.Therefore,this paper adopts social network analysis method to conduct a survey of 83 students from the National Training Plan(2019)primary and secondary school PHYSICAL education teacher workshops(A409,A402)in Hunan Province.As well as the interactive text data of the network training of the square owner,the square instructor and the square administrator,the basic attribute analysis,point centrality analysis,intermediary centrality analysis,core edge analysis and condensed subgroup analysis of the social network atlas were carried out.The results show that :(1)the network density of network research activities of PE teacher workshops of primary and secondary schools in hunan province is 0.3001 and 1.8435,respectively.The overall density of member network research interaction behavior is not high,indicating that the link of the network is very low,so it can be seen that the interaction of PE teacher workshops of primary and secondary schools in hunan province is not frequent.(2)Through point degree centrality analysis,it is found that the average point degree centrality value of network training of PE teachers’ workshops in primary and secondary schools in Hunan province is 6.672 and 5.230 respectively,and the interaction is not close.(3)The interval of group mediating centrality of activity social network of PE teachers’ workshop members in Hunan province was [0.000,177.685] and [0.000,279.751];The relative intermediate centrality value interval is [0.000,10.319] and [0.000,16.246] respectively.The members’ network training interaction is not close enough,and their control over the network is generally low.(4)There are28 and 30 core members,and 15 and 13 marginal members,respectively.The core members of the two workshops are scattered,accounting for 67.4% of the total members.The power is not concentrated enough to form an absolute core leader,resulting in not close interaction among the members of the workshops.(5)the primary and secondary school physical education teachers in hunan province workshop the whole social network formed 8 each subgroup,two members of the workshop respectively formed in the interaction network chart article 23 and article 28 relation,social network subgroup density value is not high,the block model of formation of subgroup simplified diagram shows the interaction between subgroups and reciprocity is less,mostly single interaction,even no interaction.Suggestions :(1)give full play to the leading effect of the workshop leader team,and improve the interaction density,reciprocity and cohesion of network training members.(2)Actively create a research atmosphere of knowledge sharing and improve the focus of network research members.(3)Actively encourage the demonstration effect of core members and reduce the proportion of marginal members.(4)Actively carry out team cooperation task activities to promote mutual communication between groups.
