The country has the sports industry as a new industry,green industry and the sun industry to support.The development of further sports industry is an important measure for China to change the mode of economic development,adjust the economic development structure and realize the economic transformation and upgrading.From the actual situation of developed countries and regions,the development of sports service industry,which is the main part of sports industry,plays an increasingly important role in national and regional economic development.As soon as possible to improve the competitiveness of the sports service industry to promote the development of sports services industry,has become the world and regional attention and fierce pursuit of the focus.However,the prerequisite and basis for improving the competitiveness of sports service industry in the region is to clarify the connotation of regional sports service industry competitiveness and its evaluation method.In this paper,the research on the competitiveness evaluation of regional sports service industry is studied and analyzed by means of literature,Delphi,analytic hierarchy process and mathematical statistics.This paper first analyzes the competitiveness of the regional sports service industry and makes a logical analysis and definition of the concept of regional sports service industry competitiveness.Secondly,it mainly selects the evaluation index of regional sports service industry on the basis of relevant research.Round of Delphi law to improve the regional sports service industry competitiveness evaluation index system,the use of analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of the various levels of indicators to build a regional sports service industry competitiveness evaluation model,the regional sports service industry competitiveness index score function Finally,the relevant data of each administrative state in the United States are substituted into the scoring function of the competitiveness index,and some suggestions are given to the development of sports service industry in China at this stage.Through the research to get the relevant research results:First,based on the comparative advantage theory and the theory of competitive advantage,the competitiveness of the regional sports service industry is defined as the analysis of the attribute of the sports service industry: the sports service industry in the specific area is the same as the other same latitude Regional sports services industry,with a more sustained and effective to the market to provide sports services and profitability and industry development capabilities.The connotation of the concept is explained from three aspects: the comparison object,the comparison content and the comparison subject.Secondly,based on the analysis of the factors influencing the competitiveness of regional sports service industry,this paper chooses the regional sports service industry competitiveness index according to the previous research,and finally through the two rounds of Delphi method,(The level of economic development,the level of urbanization,the scale of the basic sports facilities,the industrial structure,industrial performance,government investment and technological level),and 24sub-criteria(the level of competitiveness,core competitiveness and environmental competitiveness)The index of the regional sports service industry index system.Thirdly,the two indicators of the importance of each qualitative assessment,and the use of analytic hierarchy process quantitativeresearch,and ultimately get the weight of the various levels of the indicators.(as the core competitiveness of the standard layer is 0.5727,the basic competitiveness is 0.3262,the environmental competitiveness is 0.101,and the weight of each subordinate index).Finally,the comprehensive score function of regional sports service industry competitiveness index is obtained.Based on the analysis and Enlightenment of the competitiveness of regional sports service industry in American administrative states,the conclusions of this study are drawn:First,from the study of evaluation in the United States administration and enhance our regional sports service industry competitiveness of three enlightenments: one is to evaluate the key to grasp the current amount of sports service industry for consideration;two is the foundation and key role of government intervention should focus on the development of sports service industry;three is a comprehensive multi factor formulation strategic planning and development of sports service industry.Second,the implementation of the development policy must first play a role in basic competitiveness and environmental competitiveness.The economic base of the region is a necessary and inadequate condition for the development of regional sports service industry.The basic economic level has certain influence on the competitiveness of its sports service industry,but it is not the decisive factor.The decisive factor of the competitiveness of regional sports service industry is core competence.However,from the operational level,the development policy can not play a direct role and core competitiveness,but can only play a role in basic competitiveness and environmental competitiveness.According to the current development of China's sports service industry problems,and learn from the excellent experience presented in the development of China's sports service industry,some suggestions to improve China's regional sports service industry competitiveness of provinces and cities: one is to change the industrial development ideas and concepts,giving priority to the development of sports service industry;the two is to increase government policy investment and capital investment guidance,strengthen the basic construction and development of sports service industry;the three is the development of sports service industry according to local conditions,giving priority to the development of the combination and development;the four is the development of standardization of sports service industry,cultivate the consumer market;the five is to establish a sound training system of sports service industry talents.
