On November 23,2020,823 Chinese state-level counties all out of poverty to pick a cap,we won a great victory in the crucial China out of poverty,poor counties all removable cap,absolute poverty in rural areas of poverty,all destroyed the Chinese nation for thousands of years of absolute poverty,has made the world brilliant achievements,opens up a new journey of all-round construction of socialism modernization.Secondary vocational education,as the closest type of education to the rural poor,can block poverty like a flood and turn it into a driving force for development.Therefore,this study has a certain reference value in theoretical research on how to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation and prevent the rural population from returning to poverty.On the basis of combing relevant literature and making research preparations,this study has a comprehensive understanding of the basic characteristics of rural people out of poverty,the acceptance of secondary vocational education and the role of secondary vocational education by means of interviews and questionnaires.This paper summarizes and analyzes the blocking effect of secondary vocational education on the return to poverty of rural people lifted out of poverty and the existing problems,and puts forward some pertinent suggestions.The results show that :(1)There are significant differences in knowledge level,skill level,ideology,employment quality,self-efficacy and achievement motivation between rural people who have received secondary vocational education and those who have not received secondary vocational education.(2)Secondary vocational education has a significant impact on the professional knowledge,vocational skills,ideas,employment quality,self-efficacy,achievement motivation of rural people out of poverty.In general,secondary vocational education can prevent the rural population from returning to poverty by supporting "skills" and "aspiration".At the same time,the study found that there are still some problems in secondary vocational education: the secondary vocational education received by rural people out of poverty is not fully matched with the professional knowledge and skills they need in their actual work,the social recognition of secondary vocational education is low,and the social status of skilled workers is low.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the vocational skills and internal motivation of secondary vocational school students.
