In 2020,China achieved the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.On February 25,2021,General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that "we must give greater importance to promoting common prosperity for all people" in his speech at the national Poverty Alleviation Review and commendation Conference.Achieving common prosperity will become a new goal for the Chinese people entering the new era.Targeted poverty alleviation is a powerful measure to achieve common prosperity.Poverty alleviation through education is the most effective and direct targeted poverty alleviation.Targeted poverty alleviation through education plays a key role in blocking the intergenerational transmission of poverty,stimulating endogenous driving forces,narrowing the income gap and urban-rural gap,and promoting common prosperity for all people,which is of great practical significance.In view of this,based on the objective background of "common prosperity" and under the guidance of the intergenerational transmission of poverty theory,the Targeted poverty alleviation theory of the Communist Party of China and the theory of "common prosperity",this paper first expounds the achievements and problems of China’s education in blocking the intergenerational transmission of poverty.Pre-school education stage,stage of compulsory education,high school education,vocational education,higher education stage five education stage,the poor family education block the intergenerational transmission of poverty survey data,the stages of Jiangxi province education faced by blocking the intergenerational transfer question has carried on the exploration,then carries on the regression analysis using the binary logistic regression model,This paper studies the influencing factors of intergenerational transmission of poverty,analyzes the reasons why education blocks intergenerational transmission of poverty in Jiangxi Province,and finally provides the path.The specific research ideas and methods are as follows:First,education blocks the intergenerational transmission of poverty under the goal of "common prosperity".First introduced in the new period,the policy of the "common prosperity" deployment,then expounds the strategy of "common prosperity" education block under the intergenerational transfer the status quo,the final summary education under the strategy of "common prosperity" blocking the intergenerational transmission of policy design,content,policy system,a long-term mechanism for poverty alleviation four sorts of achievement and the existing problems.Second,the empirical investigation of education blocking the intergenerational transmission of poverty in Jiangxi Province.First,a total of 20 schools from kindergartens to secondary vocational schools in Yudu County,Xingguo County,Ningdu county and Xiushui County,which were the last counties in Jiangxi Province to get rid of poverty,were selected.In addition,the Jiangxi Provincial Bureau of statistics released 6 colleges and universities such as Jiangxi Vocational College of environmental engineering and Jiangxi Wuyuan tea Vocational College in Fuzhou,Ganzhou and Shangrao,which ranked lower in per capita GDP from January to September 2021,and a total of 26 families of students with financial difficulties were taken as the research samples,It is estimated that 2800 questionnaires will be distributed.Then,the content of the questionnaire is summarized into two parts,one is the basic situation of students with financial difficulties in Jiangxi Province,the other is the situation of education interruption.The investigation on the basic situation of students with financial difficulties in Jiangxi Province includes gender,family population,labor force,identification of students with financial difficulties,annual per capita income and economic source of students with financial difficulties,and education expenditure of students with financial difficulties;In the investigation of education interruption in Jiangxi Province,the focus is to understand the education and teaching conditions of local schools,the impact of education subsidy policies on blocking the intergenerational transmission of poverty,the reasons for local students to drop out of school,and the educational expectation.Finally,it summarizes the problems of blocking the intergenerational transmission of poverty in Jiangxi Province at all stages of education,including funds,teachers,education quality and mechanism.Third,the empirical analysis of education blocking the intergenerational transmission of poverty in Jiangxi Province.Based on the previous research,this paper finds out the influencing factors leading to the intergenerational transmission of poverty,constructs a logistic model between the intergenerational transmission of poverty and the influencing factors,and explores the reasons for the intergenerational transmission of poverty.In combination with the above-mentioned influencing factors leading to the intergenerational transmission of poverty and the problems existing in the interdiction of intergenerational transmission of poverty by education,this paper analyzes the reasons for the interdiction of intergenerational transmission of poverty by education in Jiangxi Province by using the theory of intergenerational transmission of poverty,the theory of targeted poverty alleviation of the Communist Party of China and the theory of "common prosperity".The reasons correspond to the four aspects of funds,teachers,education quality and mechanism.Fourth,education blocks the path of intergenerational transmission of poverty under the goal of "common prosperity".Summarizing the research conclusion,using the theory of intergenerational transmission of poverty,the theory of targeted poverty alleviation of the Communist Party of China and the theory of "common prosperity",this paper puts forward the path corresponding to the problems and causes of blocking intergenerational transmission of poverty in Jiangxi Province. |
