studying the association between BDNF/Trk B signaling pathway gene polymorphisms and changes in aerobic endurance indicators after high-intensity interval training(HIIT),this paper explores the genetic markers of HIIT aerobic endurance phenotypic sensitivity,with a view to formulating populations with different genetic characteristics Provide basis for precise exercise and fitness guidance program.Research objects and methods:In this study,220 healthy college students of the Han were selected from 4 colleges and universities of Jiangxi Normal University,Inner Mongolia Normal University,Anqing Normal University,and Lanzhou City University.All of them had irregular exercise history and had signed informed consent.The subjects underwent HIIT intervention for 12 weeks,training 3 times a week,and tested their maximum oxygen uptake(VO2max),ventilatory threshold(VT),energy saving(EE)and 800m/1000m running performance before and after the exercise intervention.In addition,DNA was extracted from venous blood,and the BDNF gene rs6265,rs11030101,and Trk B gene rs1187323 were genotyped using the whole gene sequencing method.Results:1.The rs1187323 polymorphism of Trk B gene is associated with the changes in800-meter running performance of girls.The improvement of running performance of people with CC genotype is significantly greater than that of people with AA genotype.2.The rs6265 polymorphism of the BDNF gene is associated with changes in the minute ventilation(VE)and maximum heart rate(HRmax)of girls under VO2max.Among them,the increase in VE of TT genotypes was significantly greater than that of CC and CT genotypes,and TT genotypes The increase in HRmax of patients with CT genotype was significantly greater.3.The rs11030101 polymorphism of the BDNF gene is associated with changes in VO2max(L/min,ml/min/kg)of girls,and the increase in VO2max(L/min,ml/min/kg)of TT genotypes is significantly less than that of AA And AT genotype.4.The rs11030101 polymorphism of the BDNF gene is associated with changes in the oxygen uptake(VO2(L/min))of girls under VT.The increase in VO2(L/min)of the AA genotype is significantly greater than that of
