| From ancient times to the present,"Guotai Min’an" "Live and work" has always been the ideal world for mankind,whether it is more than 2000 years ago Confucius put forward the "Datong world",or Sun Yat-sen period,"the world for the public" concept,all reflect people’s yearning for freedom,equality.Nowadays,building a well-off society in an all-round way and realizing common prosperity has become an important content and requirement of China’s development.In view of this,this paper will focus on the study of urban-rural income gap in Liaoning Province,has become the world’s second largest economy,has made remarkable achievements,but still faces many obstacles in the process of "harmony".Among them,"the gap between the rich and the poor is becoming more and more prominent" is the most serious,this paper does an empirical analysis of the relationship between financial education expenditure and urban-rural income gap,China’s Gini coefficient has been more than 0.4 alert level for many years,which indicates that China’s wealth distribution is more and more inclined to a few people.Liaoning Province,as a province with a typical dual structure of urban and rural areas in eastern China,has shown a widening gap between the rich and the poor in recent years.In fact,due to the widening income gap in Liaoning Province,this paper does an empirical analysis of the relationship between financial education expenditure and urban-rural income gap Liaoning Province,has led to a growing crisis of trust in some areas,the frequency of counterfeiters,crime rate and other trends.In view of this,this paper will focus on the study of urban-rural income gap in Liaoning Province,and from the perspective of financial education expenditure to analyze,explore the relationship between fiscal education expenditure and urban-rural income gap,hoping to coordinate urban-rural relations in a certain sense,the construction of a harmonious society to contribute modestly.First of all,this paper combs and summarizes the relevant literature on the influence of urban and rural income gap,paper does an empirical analysis of the relationship between financial education expenditure and urban-rural income gap,collects some theoretical basis related to this an empirical analysis of the relationship between financial education expenditure and urban-rural income gap between urban and rural areas,and analyzes the mechanism of the influence of urban and rural income gap from the three aspects of the scale of financial education expenditure,the hierarchy of financial education expenditure,and the structure of financial education expenditure between urban and rural areas.Then,the current situation analysis of financial education expenditure and urban-rural income gap in Liaoning Province is carried out,and in terms of fiscal education expenditure,the analysis finds that the local governments in Liaoning Province have relatively low financial education expenditure,the local education resources are not equally invested,and the financial education support between urban and rural areas is not equal.Then,based on the municipal panel data of Liaoning Province from 2009 to 2018,this paper does an empirical analysis of the relationship between financial education expenditure and urban-rural income gap,and uses the Thiel index to measure the income gap.The study found that: First,the scale of fiscal education expenditure will hoping to coordinate urban-rural relations in a certain sense,the construction of a harmonious society to contribute completely.that is,the increase in the scale of fiscal education expenditure will hoping to coordinate urban-rural relations in a certain sense,the construction of a harmonious society to contribute modestly..Second,the impact of financial education expenditure on urbanrural income gap is different,the impact of basic education expenditure on urban-rural income gap is a "U"-shaped relationship,that is,the urban-rural income gap with the increase in basic education expenditure first narrowed and then expanded,the impact of higher education expenditure on urban-rural income gap is the reverse "U" relationship,that is,urban-rural income gap with the increase in higher education expenditure first widened and then narrowed,the impact of secondary vocational education expenditure on urban-rural income gap is a nonlinear negative correlation.Third,there is a negative correlation between the proportion of rural financial education expenditure and the income gap between urban and rural areas,that is,increasing the proportion of agricultural support can reduce the income gap between urban and rural areas.Finally,according to the analysis and summary of the above,the relevant policy recommendations. |
