With the development of Internet technology in China,the marketing strategies of products,prices,channels and promotion in the fitness industry are not comprehensive enough to occupy the dominant position in the market.Service marketing has become an important factor in marketing strategy.As a new fitness studio,compared with traditional fitness clubs and fitness studios,the service level and store management level of Super monkey company need to be further improved.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study and formulate the marketing strategy of Super monkey company.Based on the background environment,this paper proposes the research significance,using PEST tools and Potter five force model,combining STP and 7Ps marketing theory knowledge,to understand the current domestic research fitness service and Internet plus service marketing strategy.It is firstly needed to conclude the status quo and marketing problems of the company,analysis its internal causes.Secondly,for knowing competition of the company,it analyzes the company’s external environment.In the last,questionnaire survey is conducted on users and potential users to understand the basic personal information of users,obtain a user evaluation,analyze the questionnaire data,and put forward systematic,targeted and effective marketing strategies.Finally,the organization guarantee and the human resource guarantee are made clear to ensure the implementation of marketing strategy.Product,price,channel and promotion are still the main contents of marketing strategy,but for the fitness industry,the essential attribute of service should be emphasized.Therefore,to improve and enhance the service quality of employees,especially fitness coaches,can not only improve user satisfaction and loyalty,but also improve brand competitiveness and influence,help Super monkey company become the industry leader,increase market share,and drive the fitness industry to realize reform.
