Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of the domestic economy and continuous policy support for the fitness industry,the fitness industry has also been developing rapidly.The number of traditional fitness clubs,emerging internet fitness studios,and small fitness studios is increasing,and various small fitness studios are injecting rich vitality into the fitness market in their unique way.However,with the increasingly fierce competition,many small fitness studios are facing operational difficulties.Based on the above background,this article takes the typical representative of small studios,CJ Fitness Studio,as an example,and uses the 7Ps marketing theory as the theoretical basis to investigate the marketing optimization status of the fitness industry.First,summarize and summarize the marketing status of CJ Fitness Studio,combine with the questionnaire survey,analyze the data,and then discuss its marketing issues from the aspects of product,price,channel,promotion,personnel management,process management,and tangible display.Then,analyze the intrinsic causal logic behind the problem,and put forward specific,targeted,and executable marketing strategy optimization plans for CJ Fitness Studio in the above seven aspects.Finally,from the three aspects of organizational structure,talent construction,and venue optimization,give marketing strategy optimization guarantees to ensure that marketing strategies are implemented.Through a comprehensive analysis of the whole article,the main direction of the marketing strategy optimization of small fitness studios is still products and prices.They need to fully utilize their flexibility,respond quickly to market changes,adjust product structure in a timely manner,improve the unit time benefits of courses,maintain a healthy and sustainable cash flow,actively carry out online and offline advantage promotion,improve the standardization of studio service processes,and optimize their own organizational structure to achieve the long-term and stable development of the studio.
