On the premise of following the characteristics of children’s life and the law of growth,children’s life education is carried out around the three aspects of "man and himself,man and others,man and nature" in order to realize the harmony and unity of children’s life in"knowing and doing ",so as to help children understand life,take care of life,and establish the meaning and value of life.Lay the foundation for children to become a positive state of life.The children’s characteristics,philosophy and richness of picture books make it a "good bridge".Perceiving life with picture book,witnessing life with experience.Therefore,it is of great significance to use picture book teaching to carry out experiential infant life education.This study tries to enrich the form of early childhood life education,promote the development of early childhood life education in China,and explore the feasibility of early childhood life education by taking picture book as the carrier of implementing early childhood life education,supplemented by experience activities.The corresponding educational strategies and suggestions are put forward.The perspective of education has changed from "indoctrination"to "experience" and from "knowledge" to "life".At the same time,the systematic presentation of the process of research design,organization and implementation also provides a theoretical basis and practical reference for preschool teachers to carry out early childhood life education.This study has taken action research as a paradigm.A large class of public kindergartens in Guangzhou has been selected as the research object and the class teacher as the collaborator.The guiding outline of kindergarten education(trial)has been taken as the design direction of early childhood life education activities.It is supported by Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,constructivism learning theory and life education theory.The observation method and questionnaire method were used to understand the level of children’s life cognition,life emotion and life attitude.The interview method is used to understand the present situation of infant life education in this class.Found the problem of early childhood life education in this big class.Draw lessons from the existing research results.Nine picture books of life education for young children have been selected around three aspects:man and himself,man and others,man and nature.Using picture book as the carrier and matching experience activities to carry out early childhood life education activities.A total of three rounds of practice and continuous reflection and adjustment.The effectiveness of the scheme was investigated by means of questionnaire quantification tools and qualitative evaluation methods such as observation and interview.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)it is feasible to carry out infant life education with picture book as carrier and experience activities,which can effectively improve children’s life cognition level and improve children’s life behavior.(2)There are five strategies for the effective use of picture books for experiential life education in large-class children:first,the need to use open questions to ask picture books;second,to use peer interaction to create ripples between lives;third,not to impose the concept of life on adults and to nurture life education in children from a child’s perspective;fourth,to use picture books to extend the experience of life education,such as role-playing,plot creation,hands-on creation,etc.;and fifth,to attach importance to the environment of life education for young children and to explore picture book experience sites,including in the natural environment,family environment,and the subject environment.Based on the research,three educational suggestions are put forward:(1)teachers should clarify the core connotation of early childhood life education;(2)kindergartens should pay attention to the use of picture books for early childhood life education(3)make full use of resources to enrich the experience of early childhood life education. |
