| Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,China has made great achievements in education and has gradually formed a socialist education development path with Chinese characteristics.The development of education is closely related to the Party’s educational policy,which is an important guarantee for the healthy development of China’s educational cause.The educational policy determined by the CPC in different periods of revolution,construction and reform has played an important guiding role in the modernization of Chinese education.The educational policy is the action program and strategic principle of the national ruling party to guide the development of education in a certain historical stage,and determines the nature,purpose,status and basic policies of education.How to carry out the party’s educational policy in an all-round way is related to the important issues of whom education cultivates,what kind of person it cultivates and how it cultivates people.Discourse system is the expression of ideological and theoretical system.In social development,as an important content and representation of ideological superstructure,discourse system plays an important role of cohesion,integration and enlightenment within a nation and a country,making the necessity of discourse system construction increasingly prominent.Reviewing the discourse expression of educational policy in different historical stages since the founding of new China,we can grasp the internal context of the development of modern education in China as a whole,and study this discourse system is of great guiding significance to the construction of educational theory and the development of educational practice.This research mainly uses literature method,text analysis method and historical analysis method,utilizes electronic and paper books,periodicals,official website of the Ministry of Education,etc.,to excavate and sort out the research materials of educational policy discourse system,and analyzes and sorts out the evolution of educational policy discourse system since the founding of the People’s Republic of China from multi-dimensional and multi-angle perspectives.This study firstly introduces the reason and research value of the topic,defines the relevant core concepts,and summarizes the relevant literature.This paper expounds the connotation of educational policy discourse system and the theoretical source of educational policy,and expounds the significance and rationality of studying educational policy in the form of discourse system.Then,the historical evolution of the educational policy discourse system since the founding of the People’s Republic of China has been sorted out,which can be divided into four periods,namely the initial establishment of the educational policy discourse system(1949-1978).Formation of educational policy discourse System(1978-1999);Enrichment and Improvement of educational policy discourse System(1999-2012);The further development of the educational policy discourse system(2012-present),and the historical background,content and value orientation of the development of educational policy in each period are sorted out.At the same time,it expounds the connotation of the educational policy discourse system from the perspective of who cultivates,who cultivates and how to cultivate,and sorts out the evolution process of each period and the internal logic of the educational policy discourse system.Finally,it summarizes the educational achievements and problems in the implementation of the educational policy since the founding of new China,and puts forward reasonable suggestions and Reflections on how to better implement the discourse system of the educational policy... |
