As an important part of China’s socialist education system,labor education is an important part of the "integration of the five education programs" and an important measure to implement the spirit of the National Education Conference.Labor education runs through all aspects of school,family and society,and through all school age stages of school,it is of great significance for cultivating students ’correct labor view,improving students’ labor skills and improving students’ comprehensive quality level.The development of labor education cannot be separated from the guidance of policies.In the 70 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,China’s labor education policy has undergone many changes,and its function orientation is constantly changing,and the form of labor education has also changed accordingly.On the one hand,it is helpful to clarify the specific contents and the corresponding characteristics of the labor education policies in different historical periods and strengthen the theoretical guidance and practice path for the development of labor education in the new era.Accordingly,this paper uses the literature research method,historical analysis method and comparative research method to deeply analyze the background,content and characteristics of the evolution of labor education policy since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,and observe the implementation status of labor education.details are as follows:The introduction includes the research background,research purpose and significance,the definition of core concepts,theoretical basis,literature review,and research methods and ideas.The first part,the first chapter,Based on the reference of previous studies,The evolution of labor education policy in China is divided into five stages,That is,the initial shaping and transformation period of labor education policies(1949-1956),the exploration of labor education policies and the twisted development period(1957-1977),the period of labor education policy regulation and deepening reform(1978-1999),the integration and development of labor education policies and the mew construction period(2000-2011),labor education policies enter a new era of development(2012-present),The purpose,content and practice approach of labor education policy are combed and analyzed in turn.The second part,the second chapter,aims to analyze the influencing factors in the evolution process of labor education policy since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,mainly from the four aspects of economy,government decision-making,culture and the development of labor education itself.Firstly,the level of economic and social development affects the goal orientation and value selection of labor education policy;secondly,the overall national development policy provides important guarantee for the development of labor education policy;the national macro education policy promotes the formulation and improvement of labor education policy;thirdly,the traditional cultural thought endows labor education policy,and the renewal of labor concept promotes the improvement of labor education policy;thirdly,the development of labor education itself affects the development of labor education policy,mainly including the development of labor mode and the establishment of labor education status.The third part,the third chapter,is to summarize the characteristics of labor education policy in the evolution process since the founding of the People’s Republic of China.Mainly social demand drives the development of labor education policy;the development trend of labor education policy is in dynamic and swing;the ideological and political education function of labor education policy is the main line and throughout;the implementation process of labor education policy is the government top-down efficient collaboration.The fourth part,the fourth chapter,based on the history of labor education policy evolution process,clear labor education policy,master the rules and characteristics of the evolution of labor education policy,found the problem,experience,complement each other,better for the new era of labor education policy formulation and improvement,and for the implementation of the new era of labor education to provide new ideas and new methods.Firstly,labor education in the new era should highlight the value rationality and enhance the comprehensive education function of labor education;secondly,improve the curriculum policy of labor education,and improve the implementation form of labor education;finally,formulate the joint implementation mechanism of multiple subjects to strengthen the implementation of labor education.
