The practical teaching mode based on experiential learning starts from the actual post demand,and through simulating the situation,it can arouse students’ Thinking on the application process of practical training content in the actual post,actively explore and improve their autonomous learning ability.From the perspective of teachers,we should break through the traditional cramming teaching mode,return the main body of the classroom to the students,give better play to professional expertise,activate the classroom through situational experience,and change the traditional teaching concept.From the perspective of students,it is necessary to shorten the distance between theoretical learning and professional needs,and effectively improve their classroom participation and professional experience.In the implementation process of this mode,it can more effectively promote the improvement of students’ professional course training quality and the reform of training teaching concept,training teaching mode and training teaching content,and finally achieve the goal of students’ flexible use of knowledge to solve practical problems and improve professional quality.This research starts from the investigation of the current situation of the training and industry demand of "network construction and application" in secondary vocational schools,summarizes the problems existing in the current training teaching and the actual demand of the industry post;Secondly,under the guidance of David Cooper’s experiential learning theory,this paper explores the strategies to solve the problems,develops and formulates the basic framework of experiential learning teaching mode of network construction and application training course,which meets the learning situation and practical needs,and studies and determines the implementation strategy of this mode in the network construction and application training course;Finally,combined with the actual teaching content,the practical application of the teaching mode is carried out,and the practical effect is tested by investigating the influence of students’ mastery of the training content and professional quality in different training methods and modes.Teaching practice shows that the practical teaching mode based on experiential learning can significantly improve students’ learning enthusiasm and thirst for knowledge by creating a certain teaching situation.At the same time,it can actively adjust the learning state according to the needs of the post,and the ability of active exploration,autonomous learning and group cooperation has also been significantly improved.Most importantly,in the whole process of practical training,the students’ learning enthusiasm and thirst for knowledge can be improved,Through the post experience,students can fully shorten the distance between theoretical learning and actual post needs,and they can feel the post application and post experience of their knowledge more truly,and have a clearer understanding of the vocational skills and professionalism needed for future employment.
