In the field of Vocational education,skills competition is as important as the college entrance examination of ordinary high schools,and it is an important factor to test the quality of Vocational education.This paper hopes to study the integration of skill competition and logistics training courses in vocational schools from both theoretical and practical aspects,aiming at improving students interest in learning and improving the quality of classroom teaching,to construct a teaching mode suitable for logistics training courses in vocational schools and to conduct experiments in practical teaching.The results of the analysis will provide valuable information for the application of teaching mode driven by skill competition.Learn from the results.Through literature search,it is found that skill competition is helpful to mobilize students learning enthusiasm,but it has not been well integrated into the classroom teaching of practical training,and the research on classroom teaching mode of logistics training course driven by skill competition in secondary vocational schools is less involved.Based on the theories of happy education,educational psychology,Dewey's "learning by doing" and "five-step teaching method",this paper explores the teaching mode of logistics training course in secondary vocational schools driven by skill competition.Aiming at the problems existing in the traditional teaching mode of logistics training course in secondary vocational schools,and combining the teaching characteristics driven by skill competition,it constructs a teaching mode driven by "competition project task,knowledge guidance".The teaching mode consisting of aviation(pre-competition training),skill competition,assessment and consolidation and promotion,returns the classroom to the students and combines theory with practice,so as to improve the teaching quality of logistics training course in secondary vocational schools.Based on the analysis of the operation steps of the teaching mode of logistics training course in secondary vocational schools driven by skill competition,the cases of warehouse receipt processing project,picking order processing project,warehouse transfer receipt processing project,international logistics node and cargo maritime transport project are set up.Taking international logistics node and cargo maritime transport as examples,the teaching mode driven by skill competition is implemented.The experimental research method andquestions are used.Through the analysis of the application of teaching mode driven by skill competition,the paper demonstrates the application effect of the teaching mode,and further amends the teaching mode in the light of the existing problems.The results show that the application of this teaching mode in logistics training course in secondary vocational schools can improve students interest in learning.Through students' participation in practice and small group cooperative competition,students professional awareness of daring to compete,being willing to practice and thinking diligently can be trained,students' professional skills,team cooperation and problem solving ability can be improved,and the teaching mode driven by skill competition can be improved.The construction and application of logistics training courses in secondary vocational schools will promote the teaching reform,enrich the teaching content,form teaching standards and improve teaching effect,thus promoting the connotation development of the specialty.Through the application of the teaching mode driven by skill competition,remarkable results have been achieved in the development of students,the growth of teachers,professional construction and the improvement of teaching quality.It is concluded that it is necessary,feasible and effective to construct and implement the teaching mode driven by skill competition.
