With the accelerating development of market globalization and economic globalization,the domestic and foreign markets are developing and changing rapidly,especially the demand of domestic enterprises for basic marketing talents has been high in recent years.There are many graduates majoring in marketing in domestic colleges and universities at all levels,and secondary vocational and technical schools are one of the main channels to deliver basic marketing talents to the market.However,at present,the graduates of various colleges and universities do not meet the actual needs of enterprises.The main reasons are the deviation of students’ learning objectives during school and the improper teaching methods of teachers,which leads to the students’ learning based on theoretical knowledge and weak practical application ability.Experiential teaching pays attention to the development of students’ subject,and pays equal attention to students’ knowledge mastery and practical application ability.The teaching concept is not only in line with the characteristics of marketing specialty,but also in line with the training objectives of vocational teaching.This study takes the marketing specialty of secondary vocational colleges as the research object,and takes the marketing practice as the course case to study the teaching mode of experiential teaching applied to the classroom teaching of secondary vocational marketing specialty.In the process of research,it is found that there are some problems in the current teaching process of marketing major in secondary vocational schools,such as students’ insufficient cognition of the curriculum,unclear learning objectives,low degree of students’ classroom participation,unsatisfactory teaching effect,too centralized teaching methods,insignificant teaching effect,unreasonable teaching evaluation structure and so on.The experiential teaching has the necessary characteristics that the teaching objectives need to adapt to the needs of the job,meet the characteristics of secondary vocational students,and the teaching methods meet the teaching needs of marketing specialty and the characteristics of the discipline itself.Therefore,the application of experiential teaching in the classroom teaching of secondary vocational marketing specialty is investigated and studied.The main work contents of this research are as follows:Sort out relevant literature at home and abroad,explore the source and background of experiential teaching,and understand the research results and research status of experiential teaching at home and abroad.Briefly describe the connotation and concept of experiential teaching.Through questionnaires and interviews,from the perspective of students and teachers,understand the current situation of classroom teaching of marketing specialty in secondary vocational schools,and analyze the problems existing in the current classroom teaching.It also points out the necessity of applying experiential teaching to the teaching of marketing specialty in secondary vocational schools.Based on the actual situation of classroom teaching of marketing major in secondary vocational schools and combined with the relevant theoretical basis of experiential teaching,this paper constructs an experiential teaching model and designs the specific process of teaching implementation.Through student questionnaire survey,student objective academic achievement comparison test and double test comparison,this paper analyzes the actual effect of experiential teaching in the classroom teaching of marketing major in secondary vocational schools.Through questionnaire survey and experimental comparison,it is found that experiential teaching is conducive to improve classroom teaching efficiency,improve students’ learning interest and cultivate students’ practical application ability.It can be used as a reference for the teaching methods and practical application research of experiential teaching in secondary vocational colleges.
