| State-owned enterprises are the mainstay of national economic development.During the China’s 14 th Five-Year Plan period,the state will continue to deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises.The reform and development of enterprises have higher and higher requirements on the ability and quality of employees.Talents,especially young talents,as an important reserve force for the development of enterprises,will play an important role in the process of sustainable development of enterprises.How to establish and improve the enterprise personnel training mechanism and continuously cultivate high potential young talents for enterprises is a major issue related to the future development of enterprises.Starting from the definition and connotation of youth and young talents,this thesis combs the practice and Enlightenment of the research results at home and abroad on the cultivation of young talents.After investigating the current situation of human resources in a power supply company and the current training mode of young talents,the management of the company and young employees from different positions were interviewed and investigated by questionnaire.Through the analysis of relevant data,it is found that there are some problems in the training of young talents in the company:the training mode is not consistent with the characteristics of young talents,the unreasonable evaluation system of young talents and the lack of Ideological and political education of young talents,which lay the foundation for the next step to explore the construction of young talents training mode of a power supply company.In the specific analysis process,the thesis deeply analyzes the reasons for the problems in the cultivation of young talents in a power supply company from the aspects of company system,talent selection mechanism and talent assessment mechanism.Based on the theory of person job matching,competency model theory,talent incentive theory and organizational career development,combined with the reality of a power supply company,this author puts forward the goal of Double-Excellence in morality and technology and the content of ideological and political training and skill training,which is to cultivate young talents from three dimensions of education,transformation and practice,so as to build a model that meets the actual work needs of power supply enterprises,It also meets the needs of young employees to become talents,which provides talent reserve for the company in the reform and development,and also provides new ideas and methods for the youth talent training of other power supply companies with similar situation. |
