With the promote of "trinetworks integratio" policy,under the full service environment,the competition between telecommunications network,radio and television network and the Internet is intensely competitive.However,at present,the management of marketing personnel at many stateowned enterprises are face with many problems,particularly the low Person and Position Fit degree,so it is very important to explore and study the competency of marketing professionals.In this paper the competency model of marketing personnel as the starting point,the competency and competency model theory are studied and summarized,this paper discusses the concept and classification of competency and competency model,and the principles and methods of constructing competency model.The related concepts of human resources such as marketing personnel training combined with the competency model is generally discussed.In the research stage of the paper,the author takes the Qinhuangdao radio and television network company marketing personnel as the research object.The general situation of the company and the training of marketing personnel were observed and studied,based on the above,summarize the problems of company marketing personnel training.In the design stage of competency model,mainly using the BEI(behavioral event interview),field survey method and case study method,collection the most concerned about the competency elements of marketing personnel of Qinhuangdao radio and television network company,summed up the 36 competency factors,proceed to the next step,the competency model of 13 competency factors are extracted.In the training system design phase,by using the method of questionnaire investigation to collect training demand,for three levels of marketing personnel,there were designed to three different training system.The research results of this subject is an attempt to directed against the training system innovation of Qinhuangdao radio and television network company marketing personnel,it can provide a reference for the development of the company training human resources work.At the same time,it also provides a better way of thinking and method for the other position competency model of the company.
