Football D-level coaches mainly train football coaches for primary and secondary schools and the grassroots level,and undertake the important task of selecting athletes,enlightenment training,and delivering talents to colleges and universities.There is a shortage of teachers in the development of campus football.The level and quality of grassroots football coaches are very important to our country’s football coaches.With the vigorous development of football,the number of coaches trained has increased,but the effect of learning training has been declining.This article uses literature method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,factor analysis method and so on.This article studies the current situation of Guangxi football D-level coach training,taking the participants and training lecturers who participated in the Guangxi D-level coach training in 2019 and 2020 as the survey objects,investigating the current situation of Guangxi football coaching training and proposing strategies,including teaching methods and teaching Content,assessment form,lecturer team,training effect and overall evaluation.Discuss the influencing factors of coach training,and provide reference for football coach training.Research indicates:1.The selection mechanism of trainees is not perfect,and the scientific selection of talents is optimized.From the Guangxi D-level coach training,it is found that the selection of trainees is single,some trainees do not have a sports foundation,and the level of the trainees is not high.Only half of the trainees have a sports grade certificate and have no teaching experience,resulting in unbalanced resource allocation.2.The coach training and assessment mechanism is not sound.The coach training scoring rules are not clear,the assessment scoring rules are vague,and the students’ problems cannot be reported in time,which is not conducive to the rapid growth of the students and hinders the rapid development of the coach training.3.There is a single source of training teachers,and the system of teaching assistants is improved.Most of the training is conducted by a single training instructor,and there is no assistant teacher,which is not conducive to mutual supervision and learning between the training instructors.However,a single instructor cannot correct and guide trainees in time,and the guidance time for trainees is limited,which affects the effectiveness of the training.4.The proportion of trainees is uneven,and most of the trainers are retired athletes.The age of trainees is younger.Female trainees are relatively small.The teaching age is generally 0-10 years.Most of them have a bachelor’s degree.The trainees are mainly middle and elementary school teachers.The technical level is uneven and the theoretical level is average.The training lecturers are all male,generally between 36-45 ages.The main source of training lecturers is retired athletes who have been trained to become main lecturers,and most of them teach in colleges and universities.5.The factors affecting the training effect of Guangxi D-level coaches are:(1)The trainee factor has the greatest impact on the training effect.Trainees’ motivation to participate in training,trainees ’ professional and technical level,conflicts in work or learning and training,and broadening of employment paths all have a significant impact on the effectiveness of training.The motivation of trainees affects internal motivation.Professional and technical level is the key to the effectiveness of training.Contradiction between work and learning.The psychology of the trainees and the broadening of employment channels affect the trainees’ attitude towards training.(2)The trainer factor has a greater impact on training.The teaching level of the training lecturers is an important factor that directly determines the training effect.The training lecturers are single and the assistant lecturers are not perfect,which will have a certain impact on the training.(3)Training management factors have an impact on the training effect,but the impact is relatively low.The content setting and the selection of trainees in training management have a certain impact on the training effect,but the impact is relatively low compared to the previous factors.Training factors are the basic premise of training.
