| With the development needs of social governance,from the unit system to the street residence system,and then to the community system,the modernization and refinement of the social governance system and governance capacity are unstoppable.Community governance has become attention,community governance is the foundation of social governance,community micro-governance is an important model of the fine development of community governance system,mainly focusing on the subject of governance.However,in reality,the community neighborhood committee is insufficient,one person holds multiple posts,heavy administrative tasks,community governance is powerless,it is urgent to build a community governance talent team auxiliary.The government buys social work services into the community,opening a new start for social work to participate in community governance Perspective.Based on the analysis of the current situation and dilemma of community micro governance,social workers explore the feasibility of social work to participate in community micro governance,and explore the practice mode of "three social linkage" embedded in community micro governance.This paper takes Dongguan D community as an example,where social workers intervene in exploring the practical experience of social work to promote community micro-governance,increase the affirmative power consciousness of the community volunteer service team,and improve the service ability of the volunteer service team.Explain the dilemma of D community in micro-governance;explore the necessity and feasibility of social work to participate in community micro-governance;and discuss the practical content of social work to promote community micro-governance.The conclusion of this study is: one is community service demand-based service design;second,social work can improve grassroots governance structure and mechanism;third,micro-service can affect human intervention;the reflection of social work participation in community micro-governance is not overnight;micro-governance in homogeneous community;the identity transformation of social workers: one is to promote social organization as the emerging subject of governance support system;third,strengthen social work empowerment;fourth "three social linkage" Change community governance;fifth,build a sustainable mechanism of "micro-governance";finally,the research defects in this study will follow up in the subsequent exploration and research. |
