| As a basic core course of tourism major,secondary vocational school tourism service etiquette course has a strong practical and normative nature.It is of great significance to cultivating students ’ comprehensive professional quality,service consciousness and professional skills.It is an important link of the major of secondary vocational tourism service and management to cultivate high-quality service talents.Relevant research shows that some secondary vocational schools have tourism etiquette curriculum teaching,including theory and practice,students ’ interest and motivation in etiquette courses,and the training effect is not obvious.In order to effectively improve the teaching effect of secondary vocational tourism professional etiquette courses,in addition to changing the teaching methods,the construction of high-quality tourism service etiquette teaching materials is also very key.This paper mainly uses the literature research method,investigation research method and case research method.Based on the basis of the theoretical achievements and practical experience of vocational education textbooks,the G L Vocational Secondary School as an example,analyzes the current situation,problems and attribution of secondary tourism service etiquette,targeted the textbook optimization strategy,better integrate with industry practice,strengthen the compatibility of teaching materials and learning materials,more effectively support classroom teaching and independent learning needs,and promote the quality of professional personnel training.It is of certain theoretical and practical significance to explore the optimization of secondary vocational education textbooks.This study mainly involves four parts.Part Ⅰ,Theoretical Studies.This part includes the research background and significance,research purpose and content,research ideas and methods,the combing of domestic and foreign research status and the definition of relevant concepts,to lay the foundation for the subsequent research.The second part,is the secondary vocational tourism service etiquette teaching materials for teachers and students perception research.This part adopts the observation method,interview method,questionnaire method,G L vocational secondary professional school tourism service and management students investigation and interview,obtain detailed research data,on the basis of understanding,clear the current situation,problems and reasons.The third part,the secondary vocational tourism service etiquette textbook optimization strategy.This part addresses the problems of secondary vocational tourism service etiquette textbooks,combined with the foundation and characteristics of the students,draws on the theory of vocational education teaching material reform,puts forward the idea and strategies of the hybrid teaching needs,enhancing industry characteristics,interest,practical,learning materials of + online teaching platform.The fourth part is the conclusions and prospects.This study is summarized,found deficiencies,and looked forward to the future of further research direction. |
