Satisfaction is one of the important indicators for evaluating the teaching quality of universities in modern times.More and more universities expect to understand the advantages and disadvantages of the current development of the school through the satisfaction of students in all aspects of the school.Therefore,the development of students’ satisfaction research has become an important topic for higher education research.As the scale of postgraduate enrollment continues to expand,the problem of postgraduate education has become increasingly obvious.There is a gap between colleges and universities in terms of educational investment,infrastructure construction,and postgraduate teaching quality assurance.As an important part of universities’ management,postgraduate teaching management aims to improve the quality of postgraduate teaching and realize the overall development of postgraduates.The purpose of conducting the research on the satisfaction of postgraduate teaching management is to analyze the causes and put forward measures on this basis to guide universities to continuously adjust themselves,improve various problems in postgraduate teaching management,and effectively guarantee the quality of postgraduate education.This research is based on the two topics of "Innovative Research and Actions on the Quality Assurance System for Postgraduate Training" and "Analysis of the Operational Effect of the Teaching Management System for Full-time Postgraduates — Based on the Survey of Postgraduate Teaching Management Satisfaction".Based on customer satisfaction theory and total quality management theory,establish the Postgraduate teaching management satisfaction index system.Taking 688 full-time graduate students from G University as the survey object,analyze the status quo of G University’s postgraduate teaching management satisfaction through investigation and research methods to understand the degree of familiarity of graduate students with the school’s teaching management work and to explore graduate students Influencing factors of teaching management satisfaction.The statistical analysis of the survey data through SPSS20.0 software shows that the satisfaction of postgraduates’ teaching management is generally above the middle level,but there is still room for improvement;the degree of familiarity of postgraduates with the school’s teaching management is relatively low,and the participation of graduate students needs to be strengthened;different grades have significant differences in the satisfaction of graduate students’ teaching management;the gender,subject category,and degree type of graduate students have no significant impact on the various dimensions of graduate’s satisfaction of teaching management.At the same time,through in-depth interviews with 18 full-time master’s students from different grades,different degree types,and different disciplines,it was found that graduate students’ familiarity with teaching management,the content of training programs,school’s management of laboratories,and practical teaching.The form,course performance assessment method and other aspects are the main factors that affect the satisfaction of postgraduate teaching management.Based on the analysis of the survey results,this research proposes to transform the concept of postgraduate teaching management and promote the reform of postgraduate teaching management;To innovate the mode of postgraduate talent cultivation,and strengthen the management of postgraduate teaching plan;To optimize the classroom and practice teaching system and regulating the operation and management of postgraduate teaching;To improve the teaching quality monitoring system and perfect the quality of postgraduate teaching.The four improvement measures are as listed.It should be noted here that students’ satisfaction is a relative concept.Since students’ satisfaction is a subjective psychological feeling of students,it will be affected by many external factors.Therefore,students’ cognition of teaching management is not comprehensive and completely objective.The survey on students’ satisfaction is the important reference index in the process of universities’ improvement to evaluate the teaching management,but is not the only index to evaluate the quality of teaching management in the universities.
