| The highest level of China’s higher education is postgraduate education.Today’s science and technology are developing rapidly,the knowledge economy is facing severe challenges,and the society’s demand for highlevel talents is increasing in quantity and quality.At present,China’s postgraduate education shows a multi-level and multi-variety development trend,and the enrollment scale is constantly expanding.The importance of postgraduate teaching quality management in postgraduate education is increasing.China’s current postgraduate teaching management system and means are relatively low level,the concept and awareness of quality management are lagging behind,and the awareness of competition in the talent market is weak,which makes the quality of postgraduate education more and more prominent.Taking F University as an example,this paper deeply studies the problems related to the satisfaction of postgraduate teaching quality management in colleges and universities.This study applies the total quality management theory and refined management theory in enterprise management and administrative management to the guarantee system of postgraduate teaching quality management in colleges and universities.This paper uses questionnaires and interviews to quantitatively analyze the satisfaction index system of postgraduate teaching quality management in F University and further analyzes the problems existing in teaching quality management.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward feasible countermeasures for the refined management of postgraduate teaching quality,which provides a reference for the improvement of postgraduate quality,postgraduate teaching quality and postgraduate teaching management level.This thesis investigates the satisfaction of postgraduate teaching quality management in University F,which provides theoretical and practical basis for the improvement of postgraduate teaching quality management in F University,and also has guiding significance for the improvement of postgraduate teaching quality management system in brother universities. |
